Three Rivers Posted September 24, 2023 Posted September 24, 2023 So has anyone recently had any experience with the VA doctors, and trying to get a prescription for diapers? I'm not quite there yet but getting close, hard for me to get to a bathroom at times. I'm not interested in taking pills or other treatments. Just curious if others have been through this. I know the VA can be a pain at times. Thoughts on this?
SoakedinTexas Posted November 1, 2023 Posted November 1, 2023 I am getting ready to do the same. I wish you luck.
steveg Posted November 2, 2023 Posted November 2, 2023 just email the doc or nurse ask for supplies it that easy
Little Sam Posted November 2, 2023 Posted November 2, 2023 It's a valid treatment option, they really shouldn't question it. But if you need to, just tell them you're willing to try other options, but you'd like the diapers just to be safe, and to be able to feel confident. It's not like you actually have to take the pills or do the exercises etc. 1
1SissyAlice Posted February 29 Posted February 29 It is fairly easy to do and once the need of them is established they will provide diapers. Cheap at first, I even got Dry 24/7 until they were discontinued 1
newuser128 Posted August 28 Posted August 28 I was just thinking the same question as everyone else, I've ordered diapers before and they usually gave me the cheap oversized variance. I've been wearing Northshore dry, 24/7 and similar. What would be the language and or the product prescription number to get similar diapers. I really appreciate the help from you all
