  1. Double or triple cloth diapers with boosters give me this affect and I like it.
  2. I second this...sort of...I use the double layer terry pull-ups with just a pair of 6 mil plastic pants over them. Dry bed, wet terry pull-ups if there is a leak.
  3. I had found the solution to this kind of a problem was to wear a terry pull-up and plastic pants or terry lined polyester pants. The polyester pants are these: https://ca.babykins.com/collections/adult-terry-lined-plastic-pants/products/kins-terry-lined-poly-pull-on-adult-pant-10200tp The terry pull-ups are from Kins also and come a single layer or double layer ones. I have the double layer ones and use the 6 mil plastic pants sold by Kins.
  4. Wow! To everyone who posted photos. They are of rooms many of us just dream of.
  5. I am guessing I fall into the adult baby category. I just went out to throw the garbage out and forgot to leave my pacifier in the house...I hope the neighbours did not see me. And yes I was diapered.
  6. Any day on the right side of the sod is a good day...
  7. My return was a negative number. I don't think I will apply that to a diaper purchase.
  8. 51% Adult Baby...but only adult because I have to...
  9. I could flood but lately I do more dribbling.
  10. I too had issues with cloth diaper leaks and wicking leaks. I increased the number of layers I wore and had a large reduction in leak related issues. I had started out wearing just a single medium Velcro diaper because that was my size...I am now wearing a large with a doubler covered with an extra large with a doubler...if I am using a medium it is covered by a large with a doubler, and an extra large. As long as the plastic or rubber pants cover everything completely I do not worry about leaks.
  11. Most of my cloth diapers are from Kins (Babykins). They are either the prefolds, Velcro contour diapers, or pin-on contour diapers with doublers (or boosters). Most of my rubber and plastic pants are from Kins also. I did try a pair of high waist plastic pants from Baby Pants and may need to order a few more pair. They cover the larger prefold diapers better than the Kins plastic pants
  12. I don't know if this counts but I like to wear a Kins polyester terry lined pull-up over disposable diapers. I have not had a wet bed since I started wearing this combination. The terry lining seems to catch any leaks and the polyester outer pant keeps the bed dry.
  13. I got a new nightlight for Christmas from a special friend. The Lego movie also...
  14. I have purchased a few of the double terry pants and received only double terry pants. It appears you received a different product which may have been an error or substitution. A comment on a related product, the terry lined polyester pant, I found these pants are great over a disposable in bed. I was having slight leakage problems with almost every disposable I tried. I don't know if it is my body shape or the position I sleep in. I just know that the terry lined polyester pants have been a blessing and catch any small leaks.
  15. I have several of the footie sleepers, plastic pants, and pacifiers that I like a lot. I did have a bit of trouble with sizing on the sleepers but the smaller ones I ordered are wearable. I am quite happy with the products from Baby Pants and I would order from them again.
  16. Never too old for Lego. I just bought some more for myself.
  17. I can wear pretty much when I want as I am alone again in life. I still am very sad about the alone part but quite happy about getting to wear diapers when I feel like it.
  18. During my marriage I had the door open a crack, for a brief moment, I thought I would be accepted as I was. Then the door slammed shut and that side of me had to go away. I had to go without for years, even going so far as having to destroy everything I had at my wife's request. Now I wear what I want when I want but I would give it up to have her alive again. Since that is not realistic, I now seek my own happiness.
  19. I once saw the nurses at the retirement home get the diapers ready for my mother-in-law. They used a straight pin to poke holes through the shell of the inner diaper from front to back. I did not see the actual diapering occur but leaks did not seem to be a problem. Since I had to pickup and return my mother-in-law I was aware of this. I tried the technique myself and as long as I did not flood the inner diaper, it worked. Poking the holes down the center of the inner diaper controlled where the flow to the outer diaper went. Flooding would result in leaks no matter what you wear, cloth or disposables, in my experience. Since disposables have a waterproof shell, plastic pants are little help ( although that is how I like to wear things). The outer diaper generally would get wet at the lowest point of course. How well the outer diaper wicked would be the important part. For cloth diapers, double or triple, is how I like to go. I like the bulkiness and tightness in plastic pants. More cloth, less leaks...
  20. I like pin-on contours or Velcro contours with extra liners. I have tried Kins from Babykins and like their products.
  21. Yes, I love plastic pants over either cloth or disposable diapers, they go together. Of course rubber or latex pants are even better, just speaking for myself. Babykins is my go-to source.
  22. I prefer cloth and waterproof pants at night and around home. Disposables when out and about.

  24. I have just received a pair. I do not know how durable they will be but I like the way they feel. Being a rubber/latex/diaper lover does make me partial to the material. I maybe ordering another pair in the future.
