I do really think you go to a hospital and admit you had a surgery out of the country That no one will do in the USA....... They may patch you up and say go back to the place you had it done. Dr's in The USA Are a Do no harm that means not to do a surgery that is doing you harm.......

I hope it goes well, but I have been to Mexico . We went there to build homes yrs ago and I would not trust surgeries or some place there . But I am not you . My hope is you get back safe and no problem with it. But I have had at least 6 major surgeries and had issues even a month after one of them. I can't imagine having to drive to Mexico in an emergency situation a few weeks afterwards . And the local hospital will not even treat you if you say you had the elective surgery done out of the country . So if you have a major issue you will have to have an experience air flight bat to the hospital ..

I ask is it that much more to stay in the hospital until they are sure you are ok?? in a hotel and one nurse a day? a lot can happen out of the county . I would see what the cost is to stay in a hospital to have them check your wounds until it heals up? unless they are doing it ottoscopic . Then it's not as bad. But if they are cutting my body I will stay in the hospital no matter the cost. But its your life..

At least with my age it's a little easier if anyone finds out. I can just say I have leakage this is my way to do it. I take enough pills 💊 , And don't want anymore pills. Or any more surgeries .

Can't be a real diaper

I would say if you pop the tapes when an over sized diaper is full and I have had a bunch of them full of pee and I have split the seams of the cheaper diapers. Anyhow I like the pic of the wide tape that Dartplayerinwvc posted very vice job.

I wear 24/7 so I wear in front of family , but I keep it covered, with clothes . I even used to wear to work, I have been retired for about 8 yrs now, so don't have to do any of that anymore .

I agree you make very good points. Maybe Medicaid will cover if they need them, with the Drs people I have talked to and read about .... they pay more often. Medicare will not pay unless you are really persistent . My Drs that I have talked to say Medicare will not pay

Freta Thanks . You have said a lot. I have said to be careful that the young kids don't see any of you fetish. And you have said it Good. The issues with it and having young kids are a lot. Kids see and they will talk. And next thing you are in jail for sexual abuse, and you are Not guilty. But before it's all over you lose your kids and respect of anyone , family etc. I held out and hid my secret till my son was an adult and as far as I know he still has no clue.. It's very tricky. I really Love the ATN plastic backed, and I used to wear them to work around people , co workers. If the heard any noise they never said anything . But my wife said on a couple of occasions that she heard a slight noise. But if you wear underwear over them, you will cover up a lot of noise . Your son may know already but is not wanting to say anything to embarrass you. The in-laws I am not sure of. Now I don't know what brand of cloth backed to say. But you will need a good pair of non plastic pants over them. Because they will leak, And some of those make noise. Because they still have plastic with a paper on the outside ... I even wore cheap depends and the paper made noise.....

The cool weather is when the rats and mice find a way inside . I keep the little rat poison stuff in places where our dog is too big to get into. I need to put out some fresh stuff. I put it under the floor of our shed, under the bottom shelves in the garage, only 2 inches off the floor. We haven't had any raccoons ourselves . But we get skunks that make a bed in the leave pile, and under the shed if we don't close it off. Our first year in this house we had a family of skunks and I kept scaring them away and closed it in. Let a newborn deal with them..

You make a lot of really Good points. But if his fetishes are real and not just a passionate phase. No matter what he will do to try to forget forever . That most likely will never happen . My first cell phone was a BAG phone it was about 10 pounds, from Radio Shack we had to pay $125 for it then we paid about $100 a month for 20 mins and 95 cents a min after and I was just glad to have a cell phone because my boss wouldn't pay for one and I did a lot of traveling for work .. the phone looked and was as much as my ( shower strap) oxygen portable, I use now. Don't they still have these? If so it's much safer than a credit card, when you get robbed on vacation .

I am now married 29 years in a few months . I thought I could just not do my fetishes , I am not really AB, I am DL with a hint of AB. Anyhow . And now afterwards many yrs I need diapers because of being old, so I don't flaunt any diapers stuff I cover my stuff up and I am thankful that she is forgiving of me lying for soo many years, we Love each other , but even now sometimes it is not enough . And we have both in bad moments have said if we could afford it we would separate . But there's a sometimes big part that we are like roommates . But with Health problems . You may just start to accept more of each other . I would set down the ground Rules for him, think about it and figure out the amount of what you can be ok with. Now with you having a kid, maybe in diapers . You will have to say he never shows his Diaper or AB stuff around the kids. I would have concerns that the schools and Police will get involved if your kids when they get older slip and say something , he can end up in jail or accusations that he is a bad influence or he did something . Say he changed his Diaper and a door open just a crack. the baby now will be a Toddler and just may see and say to a neighbor kid??
