So I finally found the courage to go to the doctor and talk about my problems to get a prescription for my depression and anxiety. It wasn't an easy thing to do but if it can help it's worth it. I was potty trained close to the age of three. I wet the bed until I was 9 and had occasional night time accidents until I was 13. I had daytime accidents of pants wetting into the fifth grade but that was like once maybe twice a year by that time. When I was in second grade my parents thought about putting me back in pull-ups during the day but thankfully they didn't. I don't remember being made fun of for having day time accidents. I do remember being tormented by my brother and the neighborhood kids about wearing diapers to bed. Kids are mean.

When I have a good diaper I don't waste booster pads in them. I save my booster pads for less absorbent diapers as they need the increased capacity. The only time I'd use a booster in something has good absorbency is if I was planning on wearing the diaper for more than 12 hours.

I'm a fan of tranquility atn and molicare super plus. You could also order some samples and make a decision after trying a variety of diapers.

My new favorite pull-up is the tena extra. I like then because they are very comfortable and soft. They have leg gathers which is something I always look for on any diaper or pull-up. The absorbency is better then the attends over night. I have used the tranquility pull-ups and they always leak on me and these haven't.

Thanks for the kind replies. I really appreciate the support. I'm glad members on here rally around others when they need help. I've been talking with a close friend to have some support. See with college this is my second degree. I have a bachelors in management but when I graduated and didn't have a job. I ended up doing janitorial work at the visitors center while I was still searching for a job in which I could use my degree. This went on for several months and I became extremely discouraged. I knew the only way things would change is if I made a change. So I decided to go back to college for a degree in engineering. It was a hard decision to make but I knew it was going to lead to better things for me. This road I've taken in engineering has been a lot of hard work but also very rewarding. It gives me anxiety because I feel the pressure more than ever to succeed and do well so I don't end up jobless like I did with my first degree. I hope this adds some perspective to my situation.

My top 5: 1. Tranquility atn they are very comfortable and I enjoy the peach color they have in the middle.

Star Wars rebels is one I like to watch. I also stream older cartoons from 90s nickelodeon. Doug and hey Arnold are some of my favorites. Sometimes I sleep in and watch cartoons and eat kids cereal with a diaper one like if I was still little.

My therapist left the clinic I was visiting. She moved away after a year of me having services with her. I was offered to continue with someone else but I hate having to meet someone new and tell them your life's problems. I spent 1 hour every week at her office telling her about my life and personal problems for the past year. It's hard to just pick that up with someone else.

I love mint green tea with a little honey. I prefer coffee in the mornings but I enjoy iced teas with lunch and maybe a hot tea before bed. Cinnamon iced tea is pretty yummy.

I don't think I could ever give up diapers permanently. I think throughout my life there will be periods where I cannot wear them but diapers are to engrained into my person to ever fully let go.

I bring a lunch box to work and school but it's a blue lunch box. I'd carry a kids one but they aren't big enough for me in terms of capicaty. I do have a gold fish shaped cracker holder and a wonder bread sandwich holder that I use. I've been thinking about buying a Star Wars thermos for soups.
