That really isn't a problem. Being 24/7 I am perpetually wet. I mean just change your diaper often enough so it doesn't become rank with acidity or start growing bacteria that could hinder your scars from healing. Wearing a wet diaper overnight, or changing no more than every 8 hours or so during the day is usually enough to avoid those problems.

I take it your surgery will be for your prostrate? That one is known for allowing other incontinence issues to show up. If anything you will likely end up with no urinary change, or you will be leaking a lot more and may end up enough to where your bladder won't fill up as much. And you'll notice my signature line. Definitely get the help you need, but also understand that for most, if not all, it is near impossible to completely eliminate our need to be diapered. If you need them for a physical or mental need, then don't beat yourself up over it. Just go with the flow and enjoy what brings you happiness.
