I went the military route with learning to deal with incontinence. The others are absolutely right. A thick diaper that has done it's job is way less noticeable than a thin one that has leaked. The diapers the military gave me were absolute crap and leaked often. I couldn't get better ones upon several requests so I just went out and started buying

Sorry to hear that. It's tough wearing diapers for a mental need and not having supportive parents. It's got to be way worse needing to wear for a physical need and not getting that support too.

Same here. The pinhole leaks were when abena started cutting back on their material and design while charging us more for them. The later fixed the pinhole leaks, but cut back on the padding thickness (without adding more sap in either). It's a shame too since they used to be good premium diapers. Now they just good diapers. It's not all bad though. Their messing up a good thing prompted me to try Confidry24/7. I haven't had to switch again since.
