    I've never ordered directly from Rearz. I've always gotten their diapers through AgeComfort.

    I haven't tried the new ABUs, but Rearz and Bambinos are cute, comfortable, and very absorbent

    The Rearz diapers are pretty thick and crinkly.

    I use a booster once in a while, but really only if I'm planning to be diapered for a while and don't want to change.

    As someone who works in the field of emergency medicine/health care, it really isn't a big deal. If you're conscious and alert, we'll likely ask at some point, but saying "I have bladder problems" will be the end of it.

    Of course, care should be taken when you're inserting anything into your body, but you're not going to cause a life threatening electrolyte imbalance.

    I don't go out diapered very often, but when I do, I make sure I'm pretty well concealed. I'm sure if someone was looking really hard they might notice, but beyond that, my diapers stay well hidden.

    B4NS.com is pretty expensive, but I've always found them to have stuff shipped out within a few days.
