I grew up wetting the bed for sure. I remember my parents were good about it but I remember not believing them when they said I wasn't the only kid who had accidents at night. Later though I met another boy at school who I became friends with who also was a bed wetter and discovered my cousin was too. I wet my pants all the time too until actually a bit older than that even. My parents didn't like it really but I only occasionally got in real trouble for it. It seemed like I always came in from playing with a big wet spot on my pants.

The naughty feeling never really goes away, does it? Especially in undies but even in a diaper. I will squat a bit if standing as I did when a kid and couldn't hold it anymore or sometimes when sitting just shift off the chair a little bit and go.

Yes, I also wet the bed each not but I had a lot of daytime accidents too. I would try and hold my pee when I was busy playing or otherwise didn't want to stop what I was doing to go pee and so I wet my pants a lot even at 10 and 11 . I usually had a big wet spot when I'd come in from playing. It never much bothered me either for some reason. Why did you wet your pants so often?

Yeah, I remember a gold star chart I had for bed wetting. Like you said, it didn't help much and eventually as I got older it went away even though the bed wetting didn't for longer. I don't remember one specifically for pant wetting. I kept peeing my pants even when I was an older kid anyway though so I don't think a chart would have helped there either.

@onetoomanywetmornings Ugh, I'm sorry all that happened to you. I really hate bullies whether their kids or adult. I also peed my pants (and bed) a lot. Did you wet your pants outside of school too? Shyness or even just being too busy playing let to me trying to hold it and going in my pants a lot. It could be really embarrassing though my friends were mostly good about it.

Do you wear diapers or just pee in bed without protection?

I actually like holding back as long as I can when I know I'll be going in a diaper. It feels more like an "accident" that way.

Yeah, I wet myself a lot too. Very often I had a wet spot on my shorts or my jeans after school or when playing on weekends. If I no one told me to change I'd just wear my wet pants and hope they dried before my parents noticed I'd peed myself again.

I love that diaper bulge under my pjs or sweats!

Pee desperation/wetting and poop desperation/messing

Apart from the obvious that I peed my bed and often peed my pants during the day much later than most I also enjoyed playing with toys a bit later and frequently reread some of my childhood books even as a teenager. I also did this from about 14 or 15.

I guess it could go either way. I potty trained somewhat late but even after potty training I wet my bed and always had lots of daytime accidents even as an older kid from waiting too long too.

I had so many it's hard to choose just one. I always hated having to go in a public bathroom and I really hated porta potties or outhouses. Like it was almost a phobia. I used to have accidents at baseball because I wouldn't tell anyone I had to go and be made to use the porta potty at the field. The worst was probably when I went to the fair with my cousin. We had a lot of fun playing games, I loved skee ball, and getting on the rides but the only bathrooms were disgusting portapotties. Between all the food and sodas I really had to go but I was holding it like I always did so as not to miss anything or use the toilets there. I was going to wait until we got home but had to go in my pants instead.

I wish I had been. The struggle for my parents was to get me *not* to go in my pants! I can't imagine my parents telling me to do it on purpose.

I don't know if it was rebellion but I had bad potty habits and would go in my pants a lot when I couldn't hold it anymore. It didn't bother me unless another kid teased me. I did have friends who had accidents too and one boy I played with would wet himself a lot. Maybe because we played outside so much accidents were not unusual. At least among my friends though I had definitely had more than most.

Yes, for me too. There's something that feels very naughty about having done a big poo in my pants instead of in the potty like I know I'm supposed to.
