Obviously every professional will be different but I've been to an adult nursery a few times and it wasn't really my thing, it got dull fast. Don't expect the full loving experience, professional mommies are doing it for money and although they may be affectionate and everything else, it isn't a good substitute for someone who cares about you and wants to be your mommy.
