Large or extra large, depending. It's kind of a problem since I find I'm often on the border between the two. If I go too large, the gusset pinches my legs.

I have about a 35" waist. a 28 x 40 prefold fits me well. What I wear is a 46 x 31 with room to grow that is more fitted and secured with a single pin in the front and comes up above the navel

'Kinky Diaper' rubber pants and a folded flat 48" at night, as I easily flood a 40", but if I go away for a single night, it's a 60" using a chinese fold.  Any more than a night and I have to resort to medium disposables and a large baby nappy as a stuffer.

Depending on the diaper.  I can squeeze into a medium, but I'm usually a large.  I generally order XL though because I like my diapers on the big side.

Medium in both Tena Silhouettes and Tena Pant Plus, medium seems to fit well in other brands as well, I'm lucky in that respect,,,
