That is an easy one for me, a night of intimate love making with my partner. Having an intimate connection with my partner is FAR FAR FAR more important to me than wearing diapers. It wouldn't even have to be a sexual evening for me. If it was an intimate dinner and then curling up in their arms in front of a roaring fire on a cold night to cuddle, that wins out too.
