NAUGHTY
As some of you have probably heard, a Harvest Festival concert on the Las Vegas strip was shot up by a mad man late last night, on the 29th and 32nd floors if I recall correctly. 2 Link to comment
Elfy
Terrorism is always painful. I have a friend staying in that very hotel, fortunately on the other side, and it must have been scary to hear all the chaos going on without knowing what was happening. On the other side of the fence, she said that the very next morning people were filling the bars and casinos again so I guess in terms of "terror" it didn't trump peoples needs to gamble! Craisler
I question calling this a terrorist act, unless you're going to call any homocidal act by a sociopath "terrorism." 1 Link to comment

And as for the people giving blood...a kind and humanitarian act. But the hospitals in Vegas requested that you not do so there. They have Blood and supplies they need. But Blood can always be used. For Mexico, Puerto Rico ect....Let's not forget those that suffer elsewhere from the recent natural disasters. 1 Link to comment

Cruiser 03
In this case the hotel room had an adjacent stairwell to the garage , a pair of K9 units with a pair of swat officers and some patrol officers were going down the hallway until they noticed he had cameras in the hallway and on the peephole so they withdrew , a full swat heavy weapons/DOD unit was coming up the adjacent stairs since he had stopped shoting they decided to wait for them, they arrived and through bullet holes in the door from him strafing the security guard they saw a weapon but not him and decided to blow the door and do a tactical entry , there were additional cameras in the room and the bedroom was locked with the subject dead on the floor , they cleared the room and assaulted the bedroom but found nothing, and the investigation begins ...in the room and his car they found ammonium nitrate, tannerite, gun power and other stuff that goes boom .this by virtue of the preparation, the cameras the 1000's of rounds was not an impulse or a I've gone off my nut act of rage it was premeditated mass murder. I can not understand how people decide to become the arbiter of others life and death , it's maddening and saddening . Sent from my SM-T810 using Tapatalk Link to comment

rusty pins
I'm sure there are many creeps in the world to target others over their religious beliefs, but when a 64 year old white American shoots from a 32 floor window with automatic weapons with the intent to randomly spray a crowd of thousands of different unknown Link to comment

rusty pins
I have always thought the worst thing is to take someone's life. As much as you may hate them, they are still someone's child. It's the people, crazies, crooks and those with no reguard for others who take the lives of innocent people who I feel differently about. Not the one wno may have accidently taken a life. but those who went out with the one purpose in mind to kill someone. Those are the people who I won't feel sorry for if they get the death sentance. My thought on those people who get the death sentance for a horrendous crime. Don't just give them the needle. Then you are wasting 2 lives. Put them in a chemically induced coma, then gut them out! What I mean is, rather than waste all their organs, take their heart, kidneys, liver and anything else that can be transplanted into someone in need. Make these condemned killers give some life back for the lives they have taken by harvesting any transplantable organs before letting them die. Link to comment
NAUGHTY
I used to feel like that about dangerous people too, but I've gradually been working towards the point where I can see all life as sacred; release the hatred in my heart; overcome the negatives in this world with something positive. Crooks and Crazies have others and fathers who love them as well, brothers and sisters, husbands and wives, children and grandchildren even. And why do we kill crooks and crazies? We can say it's all about protecting the world from the toxicity of crooks and crazies, but let's be honest here: That's only a secondary reason. The primary reason we still have the death penalty is because human beings are naturally Link to comment
