James carried Kayla to the nursery with Becky following. He laid Kayla on the changing table. "Honey, why don't you get me a diaper, wipes and powder from the dresser?" James said. Becky went to the dresser and came back with everything. James removed Kayla's diaper and took the wipes from Becky. He started cleaning Kayla with the wipes. Becky waved the new diaper in front of Kayla. "See baby girl? Isn't this diaper adorable? It's perfect for a little baby like you." Becky said. James took the diaper and unfolded it. He slid it under Kayla and sprinkled baby powder on her. Becky waved a toy in front of Kayla. James fastened the tapes on the diaper. "There we go. A dry baby is a happy baby. Isn't that right, baby girl?" James cooed

Beth carried James out to the living room in just his diaper and set him down near the door. She put a pink pacifier in his mouth that said baby girl on it. A few minutes later women started arriving. Beth opened the front door and several women entered the house. They smiled at James and one of the women knelt down in front of James. "Hello baby girl. I can't wait to see you wear all the pretty dresses. Are you excited too?" The woman cooed, pinching James cheek.

Annie helped Kayla into the tub after adding bath toys. She let Kayla play for a few minutes before starting to wash her. Annie cooed and fussed over Kayla as she washed her. She made sure to wash her all over. When she was done, she rinsed Kayla and lifted her out of the tub. Annie rubbed Kayla dry and brushed her teeth. "There we go. A clean baby is a happy baby. Isn't that right, baby?" Annie cooed. Annie picked Kayla up and carried her to the nursery. She laid Kayla on the changing table and slid a diaper under her. Annie gave Kayla a toy to play with as she diapered her.

"Good job, baby girl! Don't you think so, Becky?" James asked. "Uh-huh. Do you think she's wet?" Becky wondered. "I don't know. Sometimes little baby's wet when they drink their bottles. Why don't you check? I'll hold her. Come here, baby girl." James said, picking Kayla up. Becky slipped her fingers in Kayla's diaper. "She's soaked!" Becky announced. "She really is just a little baby, isn't she?" James said.

Beth smiled. Mandy did James hair and finger and toe nails. "Aw, what an adorable baby girl I have." Beth cooed. "Alright, the ladies should be arriving shortly. Let's go out to the living room. You can greet them in your diaper. We'll let the ladies choose the dresses they want to see you wear. Is that okay with you, baby girl?" Beth cooed, picking James up.

Annie cooed and rocked Kayla as she drank her bottle. When it was empty Annie held Kayla against her shoulder until she burped. "Let's give baby a bath. Would you like that, baby?" Annie cooed. Annie undressed Kayla, removing her diaper as well. She did a quick cleanup with baby wipes, then carried her to the bathroom. She held Kayla as she started water running in the tub. She splashed water on Kayla before lowering her in the tub.

"You're doing a great job, Becky. She really adores her big sister. Don't you baby girl?" James said. Becky giggled and wiggled the bottle as Kayla drank. She leaned over and kissed Kayla's cheek. When Becky finished feeding Kayla she put the bottle aside. "Can I burp her?" Becky asked. "Of course. Let me sit her up for you." James said. James picked Kayla up and sat her on his lap. Becky started patting Kayla on her back. "Come on, baby sis. Give Sissy a big burp." Becky cooed.

"Piggies it is for the baby girl." Mandy said. Mandy brushed James hair and put it in pigtails using large pink bows. She took James over to the mirror so he could see what he looked like. "Who's that cute little baby girl?" Mandy cooed. Beth came back and saw James. "Give her just a touch of lipstick and a little eyeshadow and mascara. Not too much. She looks adorable the way she is." Beth said. "I'm going to paint her finger and toe nails an adorable shade of baby pink. What do you think, baby girl?" Mandy cooed.

Annie cleaned up around the house and went to sleep. She got up early the next morning and fixed a bottle for Kayla and got her breakfast ready. Annie came into the nursery to wake Kayla up. She rubbed Kayla's back. "Time to wake up, baby. Miss Annie has Nummies for the little angel. Who's a hungry baby?" Annie cooed. Annie rubbed the nipple of the baby bottle gently across Kayla's mouth, squeezing a couple drops of formula on her lips.

Becky smiled and teased Kayla's lips with the nipple. "Who's a thirsty little baby sister?" Becky cooed. Becky tickled Kayla's stomach and pushed the nipple into Kayla's mouth, holding it there.

Mandy kissed James cheek. "Good girl. Why don't we fix your hair all pretty for the guests that are coming over?" Mandy said. Mandy slipped a pacifier in James mouth and started brushing his hair. "I wonder which would look cuter, two piggies, or lots of little curls with pink bows?" Mandy mused.

Annie smiled and stood up holding Kayla. "Alright time for bed." Annie cooed. Annie carried Kayla back to the nursery. She checked her diaper before laying her I'm her crib. She put a pacifier in Kayla's mouth and tucked a doll under her arm. "Sweet dreams, baby." Annie cooed.

James moved a little so Becky could sit on the couch next to him. He handed Becky the bottle. He slipped a bib under Kayla's neck. "I think someone is a thirsty baby girl, isn't she? She's going to be a good girl and drink her bottle all gone for her big sissy, isn't she?" Yes she is!" James cooed.

Mandy sat down on the floor in front of James. She put her hands over her eyes. "Where's mommy's little princess? Where did she go?" Mandy cooed. Mandy moved her hands away and got a surprised look on her face. "There she is! There's mommy's little princess!" Mandy said. "Can nanny have a kiss from the cutest little girl in the house?" Mandy asked.

Annie smiled as she rocked Kayla and patted her bottom. She gave Kayla a kiss on the forehead. Once the bottle was empty Annie set the bottle aside. She lifted Kayla against her shoulder and started rubbing and patting her back. "Does baby have a burp for Miss Annie?" Annie cooed.

James dressed Kayla in the pajamas. "Becky will go to bed when it's her bedtime. Now let's get your bottle and mommy and sissy can say night night to baby girl." James said. James brought Kayla out to the living room and sat her on the couch next to Becky. He went to the kitchen and came back with a warm bottle of formula. "Becky, do you want to feed your baby sister her bedtime bottle?" James asked.

"that's my little princess. Play with your dolly." Beth cooed and smiled at James. Beth left to get ready. Mandy came downstairs and saw James. "Aw, what a good little girl. Are you playing with your dolly?" Mandy cooed.

Annie smiled at Kayla as she picked her up. She gave her a hug then got a pajama top out and slipped it over Kayla's head. Annie tickled Kayla and kissed her cheek. "Let's get baby's bottle." Annie cooed. Annie took a baby bottle out of a warmer and sat down in a rocking chair. Annie rubbed the nipple against Kayla's mouth. "Who's a thirsty baby?" Annie cooed, rocking Kayla.

James let Kayla play with the duck for a few minutes before washing her. He finished and rinsed her off. James rubbed her dry with a towel and took her to the nursery. James put her on the changing table and got out a diaper, showing it to Kayla. "Look at how soft this diaper is, baby girl." James cooed. James slipped the diaper under Kayla and sprinkled baby powder on her before taping up the diaper. He looked in the dresser and pulled out a pair of footed pajamas. "Let's get baby girl dressed for bed." James cooed.

Beth let James nap for a couple of hours as she got things ready for his fashion show later. She got out the outfits he would be showing off. Finally Beth went back to the nursery to wake James up. "Time to wake up sleepy baby. Let's get your diaper changed, then you can play awhile until it's time for your fashion show." Beth cooed. Beth changed James into a clean diaper before helping him out of his crib. She put a pacifier in his mouth and led him out to the living room where his baby toys were.

Annie smiled and washed Kayla. When she was finished she rinsed her off and wrapped her in a towel. She rubbed Kayla dry and took her to the nursery to get her diapered and dressed for bed. She laid Kayla on the changing table and fastened the strap across her. "Let's see what diaper baby will be sleeping in tonight." Annie cooed. Annie reached under the changing table and took out an overnight diaper. She showed it to Kayla, then unfolded it and lifted Kayla's legs sliding it under her. She sprinkled baby powder on Kayla and fastened the tapes. "There we go!" Annie cooed.

James smiled and picked up a rubber duck. He squeaked it and touched Kayla's nose. When she reached for it he pulled the duck back out of her reach. He did it a few more times before letting her have the duck. "What does a duck say, baby girl?" James asked.

Beth went to the kitchen and fixed a bottle before coming to the nursery. She smiled at James. "Alright, let's get Sissy baby ready for her nap." Beth cooed. Beth picked James up and laid him in the crib. "I could let Sissy be a naked baby for her nap, but I don't want a mess to clean up later. Let's put your baby diaper on." Beth said. Beth got a diaper from the dresser and showed it to James. "Look at how pink and crinkly it is. Perfect for a Sissy baby like you." Beth said. Beth slid the diaper under James and sprinkled baby powder on him. She taped the diaper closed and handed him the baby bottle. "There we go. Sissy baby is all ready for her nap, isn't she? Yes she is." Beth cooed.

Annie added bubble bath to the water and waited for the tub to fill before turning off the water. She put bath toys in the tub then smiled at Kayla. "Time to put baby in the tub." Annie cooed as she removed Kayla's diaper. Annie picked up Kayla up and set her in the tub. She splashed her and played with a couple of toys with her. "A clean baby is what?" Annie cooed.

James stood up and carried Kayla to the nursery. He started water running in the tub and added bath toys. He undressed Kayla, taking her diaper off as well. "Who's the cutest baby girl in the world?" James cooed. James turned off the water and set Kayla in the tub. He got a washcloth and a bottle of baby soap and started washing Kayla.
