iluvmydiapers
Faking incontence is very hard to do as others have already said, and it does involve painful test to the bladder and the muscles that control it. 1 Link to comment
Tiny Tot
I am far from a Doctor but I think there are probably a ton of tests the they would run before given a determining diagnosis on something like that or anything. I am almost 100% that it would not get past your Doctor . Link to comment

My family doctor sent me to a spine specialist, a nerve specialist, a urologist, and a head shrink. I have had numerous MRI's on my lower back, CT scans of the bladder, and all tests results point to the same conclusion, dead nerves and hyperactive bladder. Link to comment

iluvmydiapers
Faking incontence is easy, all you need to do is piss yourself when every you need to piss, I advise wearing a diaper to contain the wetness and keep your pants dry, do this long enough and you will develop the short intervals of your bladder emptying itself. Its only when you need medical prof for an employer or insurance to pay for your diapers which most won't do anyhow as the are considdered Link to comment
Dunham
you are on a slippey slope, incontinence is not something to lie about having, Now you have to carry a back pack with supplies with you every were you go, you will have change at times you may not want to and over time you could start to have reall accidents that will require you to stey diapered.
