Guest
I dont know if this is the right thread to be in but it needs to be brought to the communities attention. This is serious. And definitely needs to be handled. A lot of us don't have wifi at our place and cant own wifi. So we use public wifi. I feel completely unsafe accessing daily diapers in a public place because of all the ads showing diapers and everything else. Is there any way that the company can change the theme that makes users safer to access this site in a public place such as removing the ads and making the theme more safe rather than showing girls wearing diapers? I always have to hide in a corner if I want to access this site because of the ads and such. Im not saying completely removing the ads but rather making the ads a text based link. The reason being is because if someone sneaks up behind you and sees girls wearing diapers they may think that its automatically child porn. I hate saying that but that is a possible scenario that could possibly happen. A scenario like that doesn't need to happen. When people automatically see diapers they think oh its child porn. Can this site please be remade to a better and safer public access. Because if someone automatically assumes that your looking at child porn because of the diapers that would be a very diminishing and humiliating phase to go through. This community doesn't need to be marked as Link to comment
Little BabyDoll Christine
It is an ABDL site, frequented by ABDL and related types, so it does what ABDL sites do: Caters to ABDL interests. That is the reality of it. I do not come here in a public place. I do not come here on mobile devices: Period. I do not put it anywhere near my Google account. I do not put it near my facebook account. I want privacy so I take the responsibility for my own privacy and avoid doing those things that endanger that privacy and do those things that protect it,: Period. It is that simple. I do not try to have my cake and eat it 2 Link to comment
Guest
Some of us can't do that. You are aware of that. That's why this site needs two kinds of themes. One a safe for public theme and one at home theme. It seriously needs to be done. If I'd have internet at my place I'd keep logging into dailydiapers at my Link to comment
Little BabyDoll Christine
This site is or appears to be partially ad supported (if it were not, you have no idea of what it costs to set up and maintain. Free access would be out of the question so they kind of need the banners to show up. The old version had a banner-free display I believe with which I vaguely remember experimenting. Also, you may have browser settings to block banner ads. All sites leave traces on your device that may be trackable. You may want to see if there is a moble anonymizer of some kind or washing app I am surprised that anyone who comes here does not have internet at home; this is 2016, not 1996 Link to comment
Guest
I'm well aware of what ads are for. I've done web design and seo. Ranked first in my class for Seo. What I'm saying is the ads can still remain if they can just turn them into text based ads instead of picture ads. And that is what both website themes would support. The ads would still be up. This economy not everyone can afford internet. You do realize that? Most sites would ban you if you block ads on there website. Wonder if this one does. I know for sure runescape Link to comment
DailyDi
I was considering a text ad option in response to your request, so thanks for confirming it as a possible solution. Bit overscheduled right now so may take me a bit to get to it Link to comment
eatenbywo1ves
How to google privacy filters? The 3M products are probably what you should could go for. Also, depending on what your browser is, you can usually edit how ads are displayed etc... just do some poking around or google it you'll find it. Link to comment

Dill_Pickle
Glennie, I think we all know that DD is an absolutely great website, and that it is Mikey and his moderators that make it so. Link to comment
Elfy
I would absolutely disagree with changing the ads and how the site functions for what would be a tiny amount of users. I'm no expert with computers but if it is a lot of work or time consuming or effects revenue then I wouldn't say the problem is worth the solution. This is an adult site and it has adult-oriented ads. If that means that you can't access it from certain places... Libraries, at work, wherever else, then maybe you should just not access the site from those locations. It seems like there would be a tiny amount of people who would benefit from changing the site. 1 Link to comment
atnboy20
Coming on this site is the same as choosing to wear diapers you do it at your own risk and discretion. If you can't be on the site because of certain limitations too bad. It's the same thing as not being able to wear a diaper because you live at home. That's the reality of it. Link to comment
Little BabyDoll Christine
You might want to search for a browser that lets you configure it so that you don't get images. there are probably tens of them out there. The banner ads are no more controversial than some, or most, of the other images. FireFox used to be such that you could set it not to dispaly images. Now you might go into the Applications folder and go to the separate image files and select "Always ask" or, if possible, to not display Link to comment
Dirty Diaper/Maxipad Lover
This is one of the times when I'm going to be a bit callous and simply say "deal with it." This is an adult/18+ site with adult-oriented ads, complaining about the images on here is like walking into a strip club and complaining that you saw breasts. For public access, keep in mind that libraries typically allow you to access adult content so long as you're not doing anything inappropriate to yourself while doing so--it's considered a courtesy to use a machine that's in an area with restricted visibility (to others) when possible, assuming you're not using your own machine. Note that you don't have the right to not be Link to comment
Guest
I usually try to find a place with a wall behind my computer but still doesn't quiet work out it is safer for me to use my phone but the battery doesn't last like my laptop so I always have to use my laptop before I use my phone. People cant generally see whats on your phone unless they are generally looking at it. I know McDonalds blocks daily diapers so I have to use Tor to access daily diapers. Some other company's like Walmart block daily diapers and I use Tor then to access daily diapers. Tor is the best proxy to use because most proxies dont even work. Link to comment
Glennie
they block it because it is adult content.. Again you shouldn't be looking at sites like this in very public places. Link to comment
willnotwill
I was able to program an "activity filter" to thwart most photos and supress the role plays which helps a lot. Link to comment

Little BabyDoll Christine
WAIT! STOP!! Before you do that, you MUST ask yoursel 1. Do I want to be able to shop for things I like conveniently? 2. Do I want to make my drawings and photographs availible for people to see? 3. Do I want to pay bills without having to write checks and money orders, or send money without writing to people and not have to use stamps? 4. Do I want to be able to discuss topics of interest with like-minded persons? 5/ Do I want to watch videos of interesting subjet matter or listen to music that I like? 6. Do I want to read things of interest and write things of interest for perosns to see and read? Or Ami I satisfied living in a tiny, laborious world? Nah: Don't bother Link to comment

willnotwill
I suspect ads are a very major contributor to keeping this site afloat. 1 Link to comment
Guest
There are enough ads on the main page of daily diapers before entering forums that I don't think that converting pictures ads to text based ads on the forums would really make a big difference to free access. It'd make a big difference to free access if they didn't have ads on the main page leading to the forums. Just asking to make the forums a more safer place to access in public by converting the ads to text based ads on the forum. And that's where the two different themes would come into play. maybe I should actually use Photoshop and upload the pictures to show you what I mean by the two seperate themes. Then you may have a better understanding of what I mean. People won't ignore text based ads because they would know the ads are still there even though they are text based ads. So the ads wouldn't be ignored if they are text based ads. I think that's what your more worried about is people ignoring the ads is if they weren't photo ads. Link to comment
