My house was built in 1906 and sat vacant for 15 years before I bought it in December 2014. I'm making payments to the owner and didn't have to give anything down. Just paid the first payment and I had the house. I always dreamed of finding myself a 100 year old house and restoring it. I love older houses. 1 Link to comment
AwakenEvil Posted March 9, 2016 Author Share Posted March 9, 2016 Wetdiaper. Our old house was about 65 years old. Total pin to keep heated aND cooled but it was a great place to live. Sadly the neighborhood started going down hill with protesters, violence, and other issues. Link to comment
