Specifically, from the time you start fully clothed, including shoes, with a (wet only) diaper on until you are again fully clothed with a

I can change from my wet diaper in around 3 minutes start to finish. Being 24/7 for over 7 years I have changed diapers a zillion times lol

At least 5 min. When i need a diaper change i take my time, take off my wet one, roll it up, wipe my diaper area and then put a dry diaper on making sure i have a snug fit. when thats done i get dressed again

Usually about 1-3 minutes, At home I might take longer, but when I'm out, especially at work I have to be quick as a customer could come in at any time and I only lock up once a night (To stock the cooler) so If I have to change before then, then speed is of the essence.

5-6 minutes. I clean throughly with a few wipeys and make sure the tapes line up just right so that the diaper fits nice and snug. Then pants/shorts and anything else to keep the facade that I'm a normal person while indulging myself
