I am single, love sex but now wet myself constantly and on several occasions have peed whist having sex. Are there any ladies who have had the same experience and can offer any advice?

That was how things began for me. I wore diapers for pleasure for many years but gradually began to find that I couldn’t make it to the bathroom in time, especially during the night or first thing in the morning I had pee running down my legs as I attempted to make it to the bathroom.

I have been totally urine incontinent for several years and over the past few months have begun messing myself accidentally. It doesn’t happen very often but I do feel that my ability to control my bowels is diminishing to the point where as soon as I get the feeling that I need to poop I can’t hold it.

Frequently until I was in my early teens. Recently started happening again so I now wear diapers.

I now dribble constantly without even being aware of it but I do occasionally completely flood surprisingly soon after changing

I began having urge incontinence several years ago, finding that no matter how hard I tried I would start to dribble before reaching the bathroom. This gradually developed to the point where I was having frequent accidents and also wetting the bed, at which point I began wearing protection 24/7 and I now have no bladder control.

My son is in his late thirties, also wet the bed until he was in his early teens, and is now having regular accidents again.

I wet the bed constantly until I was in my early teens. After that it only happened very occasionally but I began having urge incontinence and regular nighttime accidents again in my fifties and am now totally reliant on diapers.

Woke up messy this morning and feeling the need to go again....

I have had several daytime messing accidents recently but for the first time last night woke up to find I was messing my diaper. I’d be interested to know if this happens to anyone else and is there anything I can do to prevent it happening again.

Same for me. I rarely soil my diaper but it does happen accidentally sometimes, usually when standing or walking.

Hi Jilly, I had very similar problems at your age and it never occurred to me that the two could be linked, but it could well be. Like you, my periods were so heavy and completely disrupted normal life that I consulted my family doctor and was prescribed a drug, the name of which I now unfortunately can’t remember, which help enormously. Unfortunately the leaks still continued. I do hope you find a solution.

My incontinence varies considerably from one day to another and often for no obvious reason. Most days I find myself wetting a little but often whereas as other days I seem to flood constantly and as soon as I change into a dry diaper I’m soaking wet again. I wake up wet to some extent every morning but then occasionally I need to get up during the night to change as I’ve peed so much my diaper has leaked.

My bladder incontinence has developed gradually over the years to the point where I now wet myself constantly. I’ve messed myself accidentally a few times recently but do try to control it and make sure I head to the bathroom as soon as I get the first signs that I need to poop.

I would recommend not waiting until until really need to pee. Try to relax - not easy! - and pee a little at a time and it eventually becomes second nature but it does take practice.

Yesterday in the supermarket!! Had to abandon my shopping and dash back home to change and clean up.

My son is two years younger than his sister and she was always very supportive of his issues and, as far as I know, there was never any teasing. He wore diapers at night until he was 10, when he was mostly reliably dry, but he did have the occasional accident when he was stressed, such as exam time at school. I tried not to make an issue of his wetting as he was often embarrassed and upset about it, especially when after a few dry nights he would decide not to wear a diaper and inevitably wet the bed again.

I have two children. My daughter has never had any issues but my son was a frequent wetter until he was 10. He’s now in his 30s and recently wet the bed when he was visiting. My younger sister now has occasional incontinence and my parents were both incontinent in later life

When I’m at work I make sure I check my diaper every couple of hours and change if needed to avoid leaks. I don’t worry so much about it at home but do often suddenly become aware that I’m completely saturated.

I’ve just found this site and love it! I have loved diapers and wetting for as long as I can remember. Several years ago I began to have urge incontinence which has now progressed to the point where I have little urinary control so now need to wear diapers 24/7

All the time. It’s only recently started happening in my sleep and it’s great not have to get up several times a night to go to the bathroom

I have Aspergers, now totally urinary incontinent and have occasional messing accidents

I wet the bed most nights until I was about 5 and occasionally until I was 12. My parents both became incontinent in old age and it was only then that my dad admitted he used to wet the bed when he was young. My son, now in his 30s, also wet the bed frequently when he was young - and did it again recently when he came to stay.

I wake up wet most mornings, sometimes I’m only a little wet but I slept for almost 10 hours last night and my diaper had leaked!
