  1. Wow, I'm honestly surprised at how young a lot of us were when we discovered this part of us. My answer is that I 'started' with it when I was around twelve years or so. (twenty years ago) but I discovered it two or three years before that. A long story short, my mum was a babysitter for parents that worked during the day. A créche maybe? At our home. Anyway, I got curious one day and tried to put one one (I failed) and I never tried again. I do remember that when I played with my toys, that in my fantasies, they did have a lot of 'accidents' and diaper-using-stories. But I really got started with it once I got the internet.
  2. Do I 'need' diapers? Well, no, not really. I don't have a medical issue that requires me to wear them. However, wearing diapers is part of who I am. Something I have come to accept, years ago already. So do I need them? No. But then again, I don't think I could imagine my life without them. Don't get me wrong, I can go without for weeks or even months if it comes down to it. I would miss them, for sure, and once I got the opportunity, I would grab the first chance I get to get back in a diaper and enjoy it to the fullest. But this is the kind of question that isn't as easy to answer as just 'yes or no' at least, that's what I think.
  3. Well, I am assuming that it doesn't count when referring to my baby / toddler time, since I'm pretty sure EVERYONE that's alive has had an accident at one time or another in their lifetime. That's pretty much a given. The second question for me is also yes, because I've had times where I really had to go and I was lucky to make it on several occasions. Now, as to the first question, if you're asking whether or not I had ever had an accident after my baby / toddler days... Then the answer is again yes, but only when I was sick. When you're puking and have diarrhea at the same time, having an accident is pretty much guaranteed. Finally, if you're asking if I ever had an accident, accidentally on purpose or an accident when I wasn't sick? Then the answer is no. At least not as far as I can remember.
  4. I use the diaper for its intended purpose but the big one, only when I'm in the mood for it, because and forgive the pun, because it's too much of a mess to clean up. Also, someone said that everyone that wears diapers should poop in it just once to know why anyone else likes it so much. I disagree with that statement. In fact, I dare say that a majority of the DL only people will strongly disagree with that statement. (not me, mind you)

    Gender

I call bullshit. When I was six, I barely knew the difference between a boy and a girl, let alone something as complex as infantilism. At that age, most boys and girls are still in the boys/girls are icky / have cooties stage. Hell, when I was TEN I barely knew the difference between the two genders. I definitely still was in my 'I would rather play with toys than look at girls stage' As for the poll question.. That depends. I know people that you would recognize as either gender, regardless of what they could do. Anything short of using wigs or using professional make up / tools to hide their real gender. So my answer would be 'both and neither' since both can be true at the same time, depending on the details.

You discovered infantalism when you were SIX??? Verstuurd vanaf mijn SM-G935F met Tapatalk
  7. I'm not sure I would agree with you. Sure, sleeping padded is nice enough but going to sleep dry and waking up wet? That's a first step downwards you know. Next thing you know that will happen at the worst possible time. Verstuurd vanaf mijn SM-G935F met Tapatalk
  8. I wonder though.... if you are stupid with diapers and stay in them too long you can get infection or irritated skin as well right? Verstuurd vanaf mijn SM-G935F met Tapatalk
  9. I have no idea if the same is true in Europe. Does anyone know? Verstuurd vanaf mijn SM-G935F met Tapatalk
  10. Not directly relevant but my neighbour was sick (cancer I think) and he had a bag too. I THINK it was for both if you get what I mean. Anyway, I commented that doing those in a bag is potentially more annoying than wearing a diaper. They (brother and parents) disagreed and the conversation moved on. I'm not sure what I would choose if I'm honest. How discrete is bag like that? Verstuurd vanaf mijn SM-G935F met Tapatalk
  11. While it may be embarrassing, why not just be honest about it? Well, semi honest. Just tell whoever is holding you, that you need a change. There is no way in tell that anyone COMPETENT will say anything about it. If they do threaten to talk to the manager for incompetence and unprofessional behaviour. That will put them in their place. 13. Hi, I just finished reading the story. When you said that the chapter was going to be all 'dark' and 'not good' anymore, I had thought the worst. But I kept reading and while I agree that it got bad, I still think it could've been much, MUCH worse. Anyway, looking back on it, I can say that the scene before Kimmy was 'sold', felt a bit... Forced? It felt like the scene 'had' to be there. It was already leading up to something like that. (As a fanfiction author, I got a better feel to where stories are going then your typical person. (Because of my author mindset) but it still felt a bit forced. That's not to say it was a bad story though. Just the opposite. It was really well done. Overall, I think it definitely belongs in my top ten of best diaper theme'd stories I've ever read. To be honest though... The other country they went to? If it were a real place? It would scare the shit out of me! I mean, what the feck? The way they treat little's there offends my sensibility and morality as an adult. It's entirely fictional of course, I know that. But still, what would you do if it were real? (not something I really want to consider) Actually, I don't think I would want to live in that world at all. I am too attached to my independence, like I said before. No gaming? No movies? No TV-shows? Hell, not being able to drink whatever I want or eat whatever I want whenever I want? Or to GO where ever I want, whenever I want? I'm too attached to that, to ever want to consider otherwise. And I think that the vast majority would agree with me. Do you think that those that would seriously want to live in Albion are an exception or would there be more people then I think? (which is a minority of our 'lifestyle?') Kingdark
  14. I'm currently at chapter ten and reading, but I felt I needed to say something. Something about this story... About the world it takes place in, scares me and intrigues me at the same time. Losing all my privileges. No more computer or console or writing or reading as I please... But in return I get to be in diapers 24/7? Part of me says 'F****ck no, not f*ng ever. Another part of me though, and I admit, it is a smaller part, feels that it might be enjoyable for a while. Granted, not for a long while, but it might be fun for sometime. Overall, I like gaming, writing, reading far too much to even consider giving it all up. Anyway, this world also scares me a bit. I mean... The whole business of 'us' humans ending up there and being considered 'littles' is just... Scary. Especially the scene with the robomom (or whatever it was called) Anyway, I'm going to read chapter 10 after this
  15. Could you provide actual links to these stories? Are they on this forum?
  16. Have you posted this story already or are you still working on it?
  17. As an experienced fanfiction author and as someone that has written hundreds of thousands of words) I can say that like the other people have already said. First, you try and get into touch with the author itself. If that fails, you write in a disclaimer that says something along the lines of 'this story was inspired by this story by this author. If you are the author or you know the author, contact me if you want me to remove the story. Something like that is usually more than enough to appease most authors. Granted, you got jerks that accuse someone just for borrowing the general idea. Because here's some news for you: fanfic plots are so overused that original plots are next to impossible. And cliché plots are cliché because they worked and because people liked them. Anyway, there are two ways of being inspired. First, you can use the general plot line of the story but do your own thing. If that's the case, you don't owe anyone to remove the story, since it's just inspired by another story. However, if you directly copy paste a chapter/story/paragraphs/content then it's something else. Depending on how much you use. If you only want to use the first chapter and go into a completely different direction after that AND you made sure to give credit? Then it should be fine. However, if you want to use an ENTIRE story, and want to write a sequel to it... Then don't post the original story as yours, but make sure to clearly point it out that your story is a sequel to a story but that you haven't written the first. That it is an 'unofficial' sequel. As to drawing a line... Don't copy paste a story directly and just leave it at that. Let's say you have a story you love. Let's say that this theoretical story has twenty chapters of ten thousand words each. That's two hundred thousand words total. Let's say you have an idea, but it changes direction starting from chapter eleven. Then do NOT post the first ten chapters WITHOUT having written a significant amount first. That's where I draw the line. If you re-post a story's first ten chapters and you DON'T continue it within say... a week. Then people will rightfully think you stole the story. Even if you say you want to take it into a different direction. Even if you promise to update soon. Do not change a few words here and there and call it a day if you don't have a significant amount written already. Do not claim that you fixing the story makes it different enough. Do not do that without permission. The only exception is that if the story is really old and if the author hasn't posted something in YEARS, then maybe, just MAYBE an exception could be made. (fixing spelling and / or grammar mistakes) because nobody is perfect and even you can make mistakes. Also, by changing a few sentences here and there and by fixing grammar and spelling irregularly, you may be forced to change other things to reflect those changes and that can ultimately result in a completely different story. Trust me, I know. See, when I write a story and I really get going, I usually end up around... Five to seven thousand words. But that's just a first version. I go over it, begin improving, fixing and correcting mistakes I make, but those changes (if they are significant) force me to edit the rest as well. By the time I'm done, I have often doubled my word count and then I do it for a third time. I repeat doing this until I can get to the end without having an 'eureka' moment. Anyway, my point in explaining this is that if you want to use a person's story, you can end up doing the same thing. Also, you and the other person have a different way of thinking and of writing. So it may lose it's original.... Quality? Anyway, I hope that helped ?
  18. Belgium, present and accounted for ?
  19. I was in the hospital after back surgery. Anyway I couldn't pee for some reason and was forced to have a catheter. I hated it. It is SO uncomfortable. I honestly would prefer wearing a diaper over a catheter and not because of my preferences either. I asked for alternatives and they said if I hadn't peed by the end of the next day they would give me something to force it. I presume but don't know for sure that a diaper would have followed.
