General question for this thread, does anyone know if there are long term side effects for using urinary stents? I don’t mean leaving it in for extended periods of time. Does the insertion of the stent into the bladder damage the prostate in some way?

I get really introverted when I wear diapers. Lately I’ve been better about hanging out with friends on a whim on days that I wear, so I take it off and clean up knowing that spending time with friends is good and healthy. Other times it can really seem like a hassle since I view wearing opportunities as something that I’ve earned for myself. having alone time can be really beneficial for me, but finding the balance between relaxing and getting “diaper tunnel vision” can be a real challenge. What I mean by that is sometimes when I wear the only thing I can think about are diapers and it can become a weird self centered thing.

I have a minority opinion on this topic. my position is that the United States involvement should end when Afghanistan becomes an independent, democratic government which is capable of defending itself. I find it unjust that the US military evacuated so abruptly. This has left our allies with larger targets on their backs: mainly India and Israel. China and Russia are racing to fill the power vacuum which could allow either country to secure a trillion dollars in rare earth metals and in china’s case, expand to belt and road initiative to Kabul. Afghan women will now be forced to serve under sharia law which excludes them from having basic human rights, an inability to access literature or a basic education, and an excluded right to divorce their husbands. In under a week, the United States has given up the fight for peace, justice, and democracy. I’m deeply saddened and mourn the world for what will become of it. I merely want to offer my perspective, not debate until my face turns red.

I’ve been interval fasting for the last two weeks and I’m seeing results. I have a physical labor job that starts early in the morning so I skip breakfast and snacking until I get off work and enjoy a late lunch. Exercise, good diet, hydration, and allowing your body to eat existing fat reserves is key. Best of luck to you dubious!

I think inflation is affecting prices for a large majority of commodities. The economic recovery of the US has been stunted by government spending. If the two most recent covid bills were not passed, the economy would be more recovered that it is currently. Without those spending bills, unemployment would fall as stimulus checks dry up which creates an incentive to continue working. As a result of declining unemployment, prices of commodities would return to near normal levels due to a typical labor supply. my argument stands that price inflation is mostly a result of federal spending. The money supply has been artificially raised and thus the supply of US dollars far exceeds healthy ranges. More and more people are returning to work, I just don’t see a labor shortage as a complete explanation for the current climate.

I disagree. Monetary inflation does not incentivize a healthy lifestyle like food taxes do. Inflation rates when they’re too high affect all aspects of the economy, especially groceries. It’s not that prices are rising or that products are worth more, the reality is that your dollars have less purchasing power.
