I too remember. A long dry childhood bed-wetter, never in my wildest dreams did I think it would ever happen again. Then one morning during my nineteenth summer I woke to the sensation of dampness beneath me. First thought was sweat, but so much. Checking further … the yellow ringed stain along with the aroma left no doubt, I wet the bed! Initial shock gave way to a mixture of excitement and fear of telling mom. Excitement I quickly took care of, mom was not so easy. Hard to believe, but it took a couple more wet beds before I linked my accidents to falling asleep with gut full of beer. Drinking / wetting the bed became a practice I repeated over and over in the following years as I slowly regressed back to regular bedwetting without alcohol.

Back in the day a soaked cloth diaper that hadn’t been changed in hours hung low, often to the knees. For me it was a good look.

Expect all diapers are different. With mine folding top front coversheet back under padding has virtually eliminated front leakage. Wish I had an equally effective solution for sides. First and foremost you’ve become a helpless bed-wetter. In my book that puts a positive spin on everything. Congratulations.

CORRECTION, I was wrong. All forums go “blank” when they do not contain an unread message. It’s just the other forums have unread messages from years before I became a member. Note one can flip all messages in a given forum to read by clicking on the “MARK FORUM AS READ” button at the top of each forum.

For me the “Bedwetting Desires” forum is listed all the time but only bolded and preceded by a bullet point (like other forums) when it contains new unread post(s). Far as I can tell this is unique to the “Bedwetting Desires” forum.

For the last year or so I’ve been running or playing tennis in a GN XL almost daily without chaffing issues. And to my eyes they’re invisible beneath shorts. As for wetting, if caught short (not often) they easily hold one release but are totally inadequate for my bedwetting.

Unlike yesterday, diaper wet with bed dry this morning. Life goes on.

For real, woke this morning to a soaking wet bed and a relatively dry diaper. It makes no sense. Tapes were in place, vinyl pant over diaper and soaker in diaper. It’s as if diaper was not in place when I urinated. Should add I’m not new to diapers and bedwetting. It’s been my life for years. This is a first and it makes no sense.

Northshore is the only diaper vendor I've used that places ads on vanilla sites. For that reason and only that reason I longer do business with them.

As one who has wet the bed hundreds and hundreds of times using tactics similar to yours I welcome you to the Forum. It’s good friendly place. There are a number of folks that are “into” sleep wetting. Stick around and you’ll meet them all. And trust me, your English is fine.

After all the warnings I was so worried that I slept in my clothes last night (Georgia). Thankfully it was a nothing in my immediate area.

Inspired by a girlfriend (now wife) in the past I purchased bolts of diaper flannel cutting to length for flat diapers. I didn’t even hem the cut edges. My flats were cheap and for my needs superior to disposables.

No way to know for sure, but believe nightly diaper wearing/usage was instrumental in my becoming a bed-wetter. No regrets, it’s what I wanted.

It’s not where but when for me. As bed-wetter I wear every night and occasionally during the day while napping.

More appropriate is “Have I tried disposable diapers?” Yes, and except for convenience I find them lacking, even disgusting.

It was the same here. After releasing in my pants or bed (favorite) I’d wallow in the wetness till satisfied. Over and over, I couldn’t stop. Those were the days!

Well done! In the event this site disappears as all eventually do a copy of your guide joins twenty or so other contributions in my classic bedwetting posts folder. FYI, you are the only person to have a second entry in the folder. The first being from a 2007 “Told to wet” Wetset thread. Again, thanks for taking the time to document your experiences and thoughts on a subject dear to my heart. It’s much appreciated.

As a youngster I regularly wet the bed till age 9 often enjoying the shame and sensations. Once dry I increasingly filled the void with purposeful bedwetting till eventually regressing back to true bedwetting. So I guess I’ve been or desired to be a bed-wetter my entire life.

My thing is sleep wetting not voluntary. In both cases I get up and use the bathroom. The only time I “let it go” is when I think getting up will reduce the chance of involuntary wetting later in the night.
