  1. I used to wear nothing but megamax, I haven’t bought a case in almost a year. ABDL diapers are more affordable and are as durable if not more in some cases to MegaMax. My wife noticed the baby prints and wasn’t a fan but when I told her the price difference she, like me, no longer cared. Great Writeup
  2. Would love to know what brand you wear/ recommend. Thanks!
  3. Something I did inadvertently brought bed wetting on and it wasn’t what I wanted and immediately reacted to stop it. Years ago I wanted to see what it felt to wet a bed without wetting the actual bed. I laid a plastic painters tarp on top of my bed and laid on top full clothed, released my bladder and felt the warmth cover my body. Was a unusual experience and somewhat enjoyable. I was already on the early end of becoming OAB so wetting was super easy but only once in my adult life did I wet the bed. The morning after I had done this bed wetting experiment I woke up to myself wetting my bed, quickly jumped out of bed and proceeded to finish while standing next to my bed. Not wanting to be a bed wetter this was the last time I had ever done this experiment. How quickly my body was trained to “enjoy” and/or “think this was Ok” surprised the hell out of me. So take this as an idea and be ready to change your clothes, but not you bedding until you’re ready.
  4. Hi All, I met with my GP and explained symptoms which supported OAB. They asked a lot of questions and did a prostate exam. No issue there. Suggestion was try kegel exercises and to try and hold as long as I could before racing to the bathroom. I had been doing that without much success. I moved out of state and started with a new GP and explained my OAB symptoms again as medical record did not transfer through systems. Was referred to a specialist who I met with. I wear pull ups in the event I don’t make it to the bathroom. Went through a series of questions with him, preformed an exam, and asked how I was managing it wearing protection. Told him not a big enough issue where it’s impact my quality of life and ok wearing pull-ups. Explained what I’ve been doing per my previous Dr. recommendations and explained while it hasn’t gotten worse hasn’t gotten better either. He didn’t think medication would be effective right now and encouraged I continue to do what I’m doing. Result, he entered in my chart diagnosed/ problem OAB, nothing more was prescribed, that’s it, I’ve got OAB. Have any of you had a similar experience? I’ve read about countless tests others have gone through before a diagnosis and was surprised nothing else was ordered/ done. And now that I’m “diagnosed” as having such in one chart do I bring this up going forward to other medical professionals? Feel like I have to should especially if I’m wearing a pull up diaper. I also ask because my insurance has changed requiring me to seek a new GP and will assume nothing will transfer over since the hospital systems use different Electronic Medical Record systems. I should mention I’m a completely healthy, in shape, active/ athletic 40 yo with no other issues to suggest an underlining health issue otherwise. Thanks
  5. My 12 mo program started 12 years ago before I even knew of the program and was training myself. When I was an adolescent I found the joy of diapers. Having only one I found left over in a box from when I was a baby I never used it. Instead I would fill my underwear with toilet paper and give off little spurts of pee. Just enough to feel wet, not enough for my parents to notice (age 10 ish). I even started trying to poop a bit in my underwear in the toilet paper to get the true feel. This progressed through the years, regardless I’m at a point now I can pee anywhere, doing anything, wearing whatever just by relaxing my bladder. I hit a milestone today (one of many) where I was at the gym without a diaper and decided to Pee before my workout. Finished up and went to the sink to wash hands when i noticed in the mirror I was still peeing despite thinking I was done while at the urinal. Looking in the mirror I saw a big wet patch and can feel the pee down my legs, the most interesting part I didn’t know/ couldn’t stop it. I had to run back to the urinal and finish, again… Had it not been for the mirror i don’t know I would have noticed. Needless to say I grabbed a towel and headed my way to the exit. what a rush/ thrill
  6. I’ve been training my incontinence for years. I first realized I was on to something when I started wetting my bed after a I created a new method (I think) of wetting in bed. I’ll save that for a different post… To ensure I stay on top of my exercises much aligned to the 12 Mo program I have diapers and supplies on auto ship. I make sure I use all products (or close to) before my next shipment and not build too much of an inventory. If I build up inventory I know I’m not wearing 24-7 as I should. While this isn’t much I’m curious to what other people do to incentivize their motivation and/ or punish if you derail from the journey.
  7. Does your bladder start feeling differently at various stages of incontinence? I know the 12mo program references bladder spasms at some point but are there any other feeling one would feel at various stages?
