We could be waiting a while. 😂 The last one I got that perfect stayed in for over 7 weeks and only came out because I had a scheduled CT scan. As a side note, after that time, (drinking the high end of recommended fluids) the stent came out spotless with zero buildup inside or out.

Think this could use its own topic here, according to the site you use the magnet to open and void, but the interesting part is... you have to use the magnet backwards to close it again or gosh darn it will leak continuously. Would be absolutely tragic if the magnet was /lost/ before closing

I'll vote Tranquility ATN as well, just a bit of crinkle, easily silenced by an undergarment of some kind, but pretty light and risking a leak over 600 ml. I'm with Little Sherri on Rearz / Incontrol but a little biased as they are somewhat close to me and convenient. The Incontrol Essential and new Be Dry are solid performers with the Be Dry Premium better of the two for capacity, very close to the Elite (Barry) in the 1500-1600ml range but quite thinner and more discrete with a super quiet and soft plastic back. Essential also has the same soft quiet plastic back and thinner again with just a touch less capacity.

As far as what to know, from my experimentation, a Foley cath will be far more uncomfortable if not downright obtrusive to a good night of sleep compared to just taping on a good diaper, still baffles the mind how a Urologist can even go there. O_o Even with a cath (especially a smaller fr like 16, plus laying down and closing it with the valve filling the bladder) you will get enough bypass leakage around it to pretty much need at minimum a bed pad that will be wet in the morning, or a diaper anyway.

On that note, did you ever get any of the Pink Mega's that A. C. had on blowout sale? I tried, but the order was returned as 'out of stock' >_>

Not sure about business expenses, but in Canada you can personally claim a Disability Tax Credit of $8870 for diapers after getting form T2201 filled out by your doctor, and of course informing your chosen tax preparer that you regularly piddle in your pants and would like to claim the $8870 credit for the purchased Pampers. CRS considers functional incontinence (overactive bladder) and the inability to be out in (and work) in public far from a bathroom without diapers and the resulting extra time, expense and effort needed to change them to be a legitimate disability worthy of at least a credit.

Pretty good deal on Incontrol site... Barry's at CDN $2.77 ea. (3 case discount added) $2.16 for Originals which are a great and quite slimmer (but VERY thirsty) 5000ml day weight diaper. The addition of Incontrol booster puts it at equal to or a bit more than Barry in performance, and $2.91 each giving you a choice of thinner and more discrete if wanted, or max 12 hour work day absorbancy in the same diaper for $0.14 more. Tough decision, the Originals with recently updated core and great price point are tempting but don't quite do the job for a heavy 16-1800ml 12 hour day, and 'sign off' at around 1400 ml. I rarely have an issue with the bulk of a 'Barry' for every day use and they are solid up to 1800 with no more than the occasional minor inner thigh press out leak, so may just keep it simple (no extra steps in the morning with boosters) and continue with my go to Barry (Elite)

I may have a possible answer for you oznl, I've recently noticed (to my OCD diaper installation side's dismay) that the last few cases of my In control's, Barry's and the lighter day weight Inspires have had noticeably off center landing zone prints. >_>

Gonna go out on a limb and guess its close to the same core as the Trest Elite.

Babykins T shirt style are nice but on the light side material wise, kinda stretchy (maybe a little too much for holding up the obligatory "Bloated Dead Badger" wrapped around your waist) but are a great coverup and cool for warmer days or sleep wear. 4 HD snaps come way up in front for easy reach and keeps them out of the crotch for comfort. The 4 Care sleeveless "muscle" style have been my go to HD workhorse for holding up a heavy load, and fit great for the sub 6 foot or shorter torso crowd. Snaps are a tougher reach and down in crotch but unobtrusive and comfy. Material is heavy and durable resisting stretch but kind of warm. I also have ABU and Leakmaster T shirt style, fit to my larger frame both are a bit long for me, ABU is a quality piece but surprisingly the Leakmaster brand (which is usually beyond reproach) had cheap tiny snaps that pulled off the first time I used it. ? I recently tried a new approach to "holding things up" and for those without hips or a flat butt, or living in climates where heat is an issue with onesies, these are an absolute game changer! Have pondered this, but not thought of a suitable filler yet. It's not the balloon that's the issue, it just functions as normal, filled with saline to hold the cath at the bladder neck, you just need to plug the urine holes in the tip and inject an appropriate filler (that will hold shape but flex just enough to be easily removed) directly into the middle of cath.

I'll bite... currently I'm desperately trying to soak a Rearz Alpaca (with day booster) that I put on at 11 am. Despite a ton of coffee and water looks like its going to be my overnight diaper as well.

I change standing up against a wall anyway so finding places is pretty easy. I'm 24/7 with a small very overactive bladder resulting in stress and urge incontinence, I drive for a living so changing while out is pretty much a daily occurrence. Most times I can find a Marathon or similar gas station with convenience store, they all have single lockable bathrooms, a travel center, fast food place or Tim's coffee shop also have single or family bathrooms. Last choice is a large public with stalls, some have music which is great cover, the sound of 4 large noisy diaper tapes ripping loose echos without background sound and is pretty much unmistakable to most. This is really my last and only public diaper hangup now which will still see me sometimes waiting in a stall for someone next door to leave or make some noise with hand paper or blow dryer to cover diaper noise. >_> As far as transport goes, I keep a few diapers and wipes in my work and personal vehicles, when a change is needed i just pocket a few wipes in a zip bag and jam a diaper under my arm inside whatever i'm wearing, T shirt, or hoodie in cooler weather. My attire is always loose and diaper covering anyway but winter and heavier clothes and coats make it a lot easier. T shirt will show a bit of diaper outline around the front and back of my arm but it never has been noticed. I don't have the nerve yet to just carry one in my hand.
