  1. All gone, when I was actually told not to wear them anymore (by a medical professional) and switch to "Absorbent Products" I did so, of course I didn't shout out "Yes!!!" but on the same note I wasn't all that disappointed. Luckily I "Can" still choose not to use my diaper as its mostly to keep from irritating my hemorrhoids which cotton briefs were like sandpaper on them and sure I could likely do with something thinner and cheaper.. but after wearing thinner/cheaper for a month, thanks but no, the cheap ones barely last an hour before they start to break down (Depends for example, useless trash imho) I'd rather pay more for something that won't disintegrate while I'm still wearing it.
  2. My only regret would be not telling my dad that I started wearing them because I kept wetting the bed (True,I still wouldn't have mentioned I liked wearing them), instead he decided I was "Weird" (True, but really now) and sent me to live with my mom, luckily she didn't care, but I didn't start wearing 1/2 the time until I was about 24 which lasted until I got my current job back in 2013, at which point I went 24/7, just as well, as after a trip to the hospital I was told not to wear "Cotton Briefs" anymore and switch to "Absobent Products" (Why do Dr's have such a hard time just saying Diapers!?) due to the severity of my hemorrhoids (Prolapsed internal) which they told me would cost me approximately 250k to have removed, yeah, I make min. wage, 250k is not an option. As to non abdl regrets, far too many to list and since no one is asking, I'm not telling.
  3. I'm close "ish" to an ABU which I know is a little further north in Everett, Wa, I live just south of Everett in West Seattle. You close to this one, or the Baltimore one, out of curiosity? I use the ABU Simple, Little Pawz, or Space ones typically. Aye, though companies like Depends "Claim" to have super absorbency, they're delusional. AB Brands are what the standard should be for true incons. in my opinion. Anyone that truly needs them shouldn't be concerned about bulk, but how well it protects and Depends aren't very good. For someone with light incontinence maybe, or that changes every hour or so, but that becomes wasteful.
  4. Well, I'm glad you were a good enough friend to check on him/her, and more so for taking in the cat. Sorry for your loss, but I'm sure your friend would have appreciated you taking care of the cat.
  5. Mediums, Usually ABU Simple, Space or Little Pawz. I tried other brands, but they had leakage issues so I just stick to premium AB diapers as they are made better.
  6. I usually just change and toss the used one in the trash, I only feel silly if its one with print on it, though I typically only buy plain white ones, but if they're out of stock I get whats available in my size, usually Little Pawz or Space (ABU's). I've noticed people rarely say anything, or if they do, they wait til I'm out of hearing distance. Luckily when I'm at work its only me there as I'm required to lock the door if I need to use the restroom, so no worries at work.
  7. Yes, but I chose yes as I have read a few studies on the matter. It IS healthier to void when necessary, and as I do need diapers now, I might as well use them instead of holding it to the point where I may lose control anyway. However as with anything its not appropriate for some people as some people are not responsible enough to change themselves when they should, no one wants to smell a messy diaper, especially someone elses. Mind, when I'm at home when I can make it to the toilet I do prefer to use it as its very close by, but there are times when even with as close by as it is, I might not make it, and haven't a few times as I sometimes go without warning. As Rusty said, the body was meant to hold it until convenient, unfortunately with today's society convenience is usually not convenient for our bodies so many end up holding it longer than is healthy and diapers help resolve that, though many balk at the idea of wearing and using a diaper, there are times when I'm glad I wear diapers now. Ever work a job where you work long shifts and bathroom breaks are a luxury? I have, try working construction, you're lucky to have a portable on site sometimes, and more lucky if its clean or not in use. Or worse, at the mall waiting in line, only to find all the toilets are backed up (Been there, was not a pleasant trip home as it was a 45 min bus ride home and trying to hold it the entire time). So again, yes, is healthier to use a diaper instead of holding it, but no, staying in the used diaper for any length of time, not so healthy, best to change that as soon as that is convenient.
  8. I have had that happen a few times, though I love wearing, always have, when I went 24/7 I was glad to do so. Now I do "Need" them it was on a list of "Supplies" I would need after surgery, I'm sure they intended that to be only temporary, or maybe not, they weren't specific. But there are times now I'm glad I had one on vs. wearing regular undies, like the previously mentioned farts that ended up not being farts, which unfortunately happen more often than I'd like. When that happens now I can at least not worry about the damage that may have been done to my clothes had I not been wearing one.
  9. ok, I'll chime in. I also just call it a die-per, I tried it pronouncing it with the "a" die-a-per, and it just sounds weird, on the other hand, referring it to a nappy would also work I suppose, though I'm not from the UK, however I prefer to use local terms and slang when speaking to those from those regions to avoid confusion.
  10. I was 6, I remember that because it was also the year that "The Apple Dumpling Gang Rides Again" came out, which we saw at the theater in Boise, Idaho while visiting family there. My cousin was still in diapers at the time and I remember feeling left out, so while everyone was outside I went inside and put one on. Then, because I thought I'd get in trouble I tried flushing it down the toilet, which I learned, doesn't work. Was also the first time I rode a train (Amtrak), so quite an enjoyable trip.
  11. Define "Whole day"? Now I did get to try them, though I got the Simple Ultras as they were out of the Peek ABU's, and they are certainly very absorbent. Depending on how often you urinate, they "Could" last all day, though for skin health I'd suggest changing at least once a day. But they are also more expensive than the other ABU products, honestly I never used one to capacity, about 3/4.. maybe, and that took about 10hrs (I was at work), so I went back to just the standard ABU Simples instead or Little Pawz to indulge my furry side.
  12. Completely agree Rusty, The problem isn't so much the guns, but the people who have them. Now, personally I don't own one, likely never will. I'm a good shot, perhaps too good, and with my temper, though much better than it was in my youth, is still likely better for me and everyone else, that I not own one. The whole 3D printable guns though, that needs to be shut down, now, its irresponsible to make it that easy to get a gun, especially since, as you said, people who shouldn't have them would now be able to get them with the press of a button. PS.. Why did we revive this old necro'd thread? Though due to current issues, is valid.
  13. Actually, yes, I do. Like others have said, bad gas is usually the lead up to #2. Sad part is, I can't tell the difference between the gas and #2 1/2 the time so If I guess incorrectly, Its time for a change.
  14. and Yes, Dell owns Alienware now. In fact they aren't using anything really special in the Alienware machines now either. You just paid extra for a name, no joke.
  15. Worst I get at work are scanner glitches (Scans the same item repeatedly, its record is 11x) and just really, really, dumb customers, for example... "The gas pump isn't working", "Did you push it in all the way?", "I have to put it in?", *Facepalm* "My card isn't working", *watch the customer try to use their card at the pump, take the card from the customer, flip it right side up and face it in the right direction and hand it back* and no, I didn't make these up... I sometimes wish I could hand out "I'm stupid" hats out to these customers. That first one happens on almost a daily basis.
  16. 24/7-Everything, Do have some involuntary loss, sometimes by choice, comfort, some of the other choices not so much, but always in a diaper these days.
  17. Same thing happened to me a few months ago, my PC of 3 1/2 years died after a sudden power spike which my surge protector couldn't catch, sadly everything I had saved on the hard drive was lost as the spike fried the bios making everything irretrievable. I mostly used it for gaming, and learned that quite a few of my games didn't use cloud (which I hadn't noticed) and so back to square one on quite a few games. Luckily some of it was saved on the cloud and a few screenshots I had wanted to keep from my games had been uploaded to the site one of my games unit hosts, lucky break there as we use those screenshots as proof of inter-unit achievements. On a good note my new-er PC is better than the old one (though I may upgrade to a better one next year) as many of the games I want to play that are coming up will likely require a faster processor (Running a 3.5 gig 6 core atm), will likely go with an 8-10 core for the next one, then offer this one up to either a fellow gamer or something if I do. So as long as this one doesn't die unexpectedly by next tax season someone either from FFXIV, MWO or here (if no one I play with in those games needs it). So keep an eye out next tax season. I may be doing a PC giveaway.
  18. Same here, every time I go to order some they're either out of ultras, or reserve order only, so I end up just getting the regular simples or little paws. Been wanting to get the peek abu's, but same problem.
  19. Nope, Seeing a guy dominated by a woman wouldn't do a thing for me. Mind, neither would another guy dominated by a guy, Dom thing isn't my thing, I'm a furry. Mind I might reconsider if both were furries, after all some of the fem furries I know are actually guys in the suit, their fursonas are female. To each his/her own.
  20. lol, we're gamers, we can change any subject to gaming at the drop of a hat.. or a diaper.. whichever you prefer.
  21. I don't advertise that I still wet the bed, however my mom, sister, nieces, uncle and grandmother know I wear diapers, as does one friend and his mother (she's a lpn) who understood that some people need to wear diapers. Also my coworkers know, but that's because I spent a week in the hospital a few years ago which led to me having to wear 24/7 (though I wore before that as I was a dl). Outside of those mentioned I am not aware of anyone else who knows I wear diapers, if someone else does they haven't said anything. 22. In FFXIV I play on Famfrit mostly, though I could make another alt. I have several. On Famfrit I'm usually a miqo'te named Nyte Kitsune, who's my main (pld, whm, sam, nin, smn, sch and drg at 70) then a few other alts to play other races , one other miqo'te, 2 Au'ra and a lala. When I played WoW I played on Sentinels, but haven't played WoW in 2 years of so.
  23. I agree. I know a few of our members are in the Seattle area, but the few I chatted with prefer to keep to themselves, completely understand, but still I'd like to meet another DL out here, preferably someone who plays the same MMO's that I do as I'm a gamer or just wants someone to hang out with at a theater to watch the latest flick or is a member of the furry fandom.. or all 3. Sadly I don't have any DL or Furry friends, so I'm usually either online or at work.
