I use premium diapers XP medical A+ level 4 or prevail extended wear. I use a large booster in both and pee them 4 to 5 times before i change. if i am home i have pads to protect my furniture so then i wet till i leak and get the most use from the diaper. but i like wet diapers and try to always keep them wet..

Most of the regular medical supply stores now sell just the cheap junk like depends. Why because they make more money on something you have to change 6 times a day. Even searching the internet will just send you to sites that just sell the cheap junk.

First if your fan goes out in many cases you can replace it your self. As far as i know no A/C company uses custom built fan motors. If you look on the fan motor you will find a frame # and shaft size and length Buying from a company that stocks motors for industry use.can save up to 100s of dollars. Back when i worked in the trade the place i work for had a 100 to 120% markup on the price they payed and the price you payed for the part. This was on top of the repair time cost. And if your motor was made in china you can replace it with a better built made in the US motor in many cases. this will save you money in the long run.

I know some EMTs wear just in case they get called out on major wreaks.

I follow the 50 mile rule. Anyplace over 50 miles from home i could care less if someone found out. nude beaches, hot springs. i am wearing a diaper for underwear.

24/7 for 13 years now. I am disabled and its handy not to have to get up and run to the bathroom. Its even better never having to get up at night. I don't have to hunt for a restroom while traveling.

I have been wearing for 3 years now to apointment with my VA doctors and only one has asked about them. i told the doctor i have urgency and only can hold it a very short time when the urge comes on. I am listed as having fibromyalgia and peripheral nerve disorders.

I have urinary urgency from small fiber neuropathy. Plus have a bad back. And am a diabetic so i have to go 2 to 3 times a night. Like others here i have trouble getting back to sleep if i get up to go. I also use a c-pap and have to unhook from it. I just find wearing a diaper the best way to handle having to go at night.

Without a stuffer i change 3 times a day with a good stuffer i change twice a day. This way i spend most of my time in a wet diaper.

Not any more i have to drive over 300 miles round trip to buy good diapers. I buy most of mine over the internet now.

Was a bed wetter till 12.

I like to hike or go out metal detecting in a wet diaper and sometimes they are already wet by the time i drive to where i am going to hike. A number if times i have just hiked in a wet diaper and t-shirt and the diaper was so wet it wanted to fall off.
