  1. There's also the possibility that the bass drivers in the Klipschorns are overdampened with your amplifier. The klipschorns, with their ridiculously high sensitivity, are well suited for vacuum tube amplifiers, which typically don't have a very high output power, especially if they are class A topology. Vacuum tube amplifiers also tend to have rather low damping factor, and if klipsch indeed designed the klipschorns to be used with tube amps and keep this attribute of tube amps in mind, they might use bass drivers with strong magnetic circuit and low Qes. In fact, to use a bass driver in a folded horn, low Qes is kind of necessary. Your Denon receiver, and with its discrete transistor class AB output stage, able to push out 125W into 8 ohms is quite the opposite of a low-power low-DF vacuum tube amp that were the standard around the time when klipschorns were introduced. Such is the theory, anyway. You'd need to test it with a vacuum tube amplifier to verify it, but I wouldn't be all that surprised if vintage speakers were to sound dry with modern solid state amplifier and start sounding properly with something more contemporary to the era they are from, and complementing the nature of the klipschorns.
  2. When I used to work for the parcel distribution firm, us drivers were not allowed to just drop off a parcel at someone's doorstep unless we had an explicit agreement from the recipient, for the exact reason that if we just dropped it off, someone could steal it. Some of them were regular customers who either had permanent instructions attached to their address in the system about where to leave their parcels, or they just told us over the phone to leave the parcel in specific place and do the same for any future orders, whom I'd have to remember. Otherwise I always asked the recipient, if no one was home, to give me a description of their place so I wouldn't mistakenly put it at someone else's. Only in few rare cases, when there was no one present at the address AND I couldn't reach the recipient on the phome AND the name and the address on the parcel matched with the number on the house and the name on the mailbox or doorbell (some houses didn't have a number or name, sometimes both, visible anywhere, and there were villages where you had two or even three houses with the same number), AND it was in a location where people generally knew each other well so the risk of a parcel theft was next to none, AND the parcel didn't look expensive, I'd then date drop it off, but I still put it some place where it would be both out of sight of someone just passing by and sheltered from weather, and then I'd send the recipient a text to notify them of the delivery. Simply dropping a parcel, possibly an expensive one, with zero fucks given, was unthinkable. Well to me anyway, some drivers did that to save time, but some of them would then get fines if the recipient complained that his package was just dropped off without his consent, and sometimes the driver had to pay for the price of the parcel if it was stolen (or if the customer only claimed it was stolen; it might not even have been really stolen, but if the customer complained about it being dropped off without his consent and claimed the parcel was "missing", well 'the customers is always right' rule applied). Anyway. Over here we have several pharmacy chains (and one pharmacy franchise) where I simply order online and select the nearest 'outlet', and for a lack of a better term, where I pick up my order. I have one just across the street from where I live. It seems like the best option, if you don't care for a parcel delivery hassle with FedEx or UPS or DHL or whatever other parcel services there are, and don't want people involved with your order of diapers, except those who need to be, such as the pharmacist, in this case, who hands my orders over to me. But for all she cares, I could be a caregiver or something. I don't think it really matters to her, I bet she handles more diaper packages per week than we do per year. There are other benefits too; if the order is delivered to one of their brick and mortar pharmacies, they don't charge for shipping. I'm sure there are similar services in other countries. You should check them out and consider them.

  4. Maybe he's the nice kind of non-assuming FedEx driver who knows only that the guy (or someone else) who lives there has diapers delivered, for unknown reasons I used to work as a driver for a parcel delivery service for about six months, and I didn't bother trying to remember what the stuff I delivered was. However I still remember a lot of it. As far as I know, none of them were adult diapers though.
  5. For one day, I'd like to be a 3 to 4 year old boy. Absolutely in diapers, refusing to even try the potty.

  7. I used to prefer firmer loads when I lived at my mom's, for less messy of a cleanup, but now that I live on my own I like mushy, not too soft, messes. I wear bulky diapers and they tend to be rather snug so a firm load I'd have to squirm to get out, whilst a mushy one needs just a little bit of a push and it's all out in the diaper where it gets everywhere as I sit in it, obviously, and of course the more of it there is inside the diaper, the more I feel as the naughty lil boy who won't stop pooping and peeing in his diaper and has to be changed into a fresh one again
  8. It sure is, I like them too, only in my whereabouts only the breathable version is readily available. I was just jesting Well, if he did in fact replace this package to your porch and never mentioned anything about it this time, either he hasn't paid attention to the box, damaged handles and its content, in which case there's not much to worry about, or he did but doesn't want to talk about it, in which case unless he's a gossiper, there's also not much to worry about. I'm not sure about your area but where I live, I've seen people, and not just old people, carry packages of adult diapers in broad daylight going down a busy street, just day before yesterday I saw a woman on a very busy subway station carry a box labeled seni super plus, and I was the only one to care. Several times when I've ordered diapers online and then picked them up at a pharmacy where they handed them over in a transparent bag; once at a medical supplies store where they gave me 5 packages of diapers without any box or bag at all, but they just dropped five packages for me on the counter with zero fucks given about how am I supposed to carry all of that home from there, luckily I came prepared with humongous Ikea bags; few times at a post office in quite an obvious box, and each time there were other people around. No one ever cared, really.
  9. The FedEx driver has probably delivered thousands of these to hundreds of other people. As for your neighbor, do you two usually let each other know that a package has been mistakenly delivered to the other's porch, after one of you replaces it to the proper porch? ... 11. 1 Corinthians 13 New International Version (NIV) If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. 2 If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. 3 If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing. 4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. 8 Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. 9 For we know in part and we prophesy in part, 10 but when completeness comes, what is in part disappears. 11 When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put the ways of childhood behind me. 12 For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known. 13 And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love. May I ask what kind of thought process have you used to deduce that the verse 11 is about maturity in faith, and not maturity in general?
  12. Your friend may not be a paedophile (specfically, infantophile in his case) at all, he may be aroused or otherwise fascinated by the idea of himself being the baby getting a diaper change, using its diaper, etc. ABDL activities are by and large about pretending, and added realism enhances the experience, hence all the cute printed diapers, baby-like clothing, toys and what have you. The fact still stands that it's, in most cases at least, putting on an act. Same goes for all the ABDL videos and photos of adults, whereas actual babies being themselves are not faking anything which is probably the difference your friend sees in it. He should also realize that there is the difference of consent. Parents who upload these kinds of videos on social networks (seriously, they should think more before doing that) definitely do not want these to be someone's fapping material, and it would be illegal to consent to it even if they wanted to. I'm not proficient in law, but I can imagine the consequences if someone was to find out about it and prove that the children have been indirectly abused. Not many would have the kind of consideration to make the distinction whether your friends fantasies were of that or that sort, even if he wasn't convicted of anything, he'd carry the label of a paedophile and a potential child molester. He needs to stop immediately. If he is or is not a paedophile, that's for a professional to confirm or rule out, it can't be done from the keyboard of a computer just like that. If he is, he needs therapy. If he's not, he still needs to stop doing what he's doing.

  17. I used to play World of tanks too, ans participated in a few clan war battles. Never been any kind of pro in it, my average WN8 was around 1500 to 1600 and my win rate around 50%ish. It's been more than two years since I played it last though. One thing I noticed, when I put one or two disposable diapers on, my performance in WoT has improved, I felt more at ease and my aiming was smoother and more precise, which was a plus especially for the clan battles. This however wasn't true back in the days when I still used to wear bulky makeshift diapers (although of quite elaborate design). It actually made my gaming (in any game, not just WoT) performance worse. Odesláno z mého F8331 pomocí Tapatalk
