    User, I wear 24/7 and will have a wet bed or pants without one.

    For me its plastic, i have used cloth like diapers in a pinch but i feel more secure in the plastic backed diapers.

    I've been caught a few times once by a friend when i was changing my diaper he walked in on me, once by my landlords cousin I thought she had gone back home and i walked into the backyard to smoke and there she was oops i had on a diaper and t shirt. I did apoligise to her she was cool about it she works in a nursing home. and once when shopping i bent over to get something and my shirt rode up exposing about 2 inches of my diaper and there was a lady right behind me and the shirt stayed up i didn't realize it till a few minutes later I wear 24/7 so i'm sure it will happen again.

    I was at the grocery store today and as i was checking out in the Beer and wine dept ( shorter lines ) i started to wet my diaper, didn't think about it just flowed, the cashier who rang up my purchases noticed , she has sold me diapers before and knows i wear them, just smiled and said " feel better" i nodded my head yes and finished the transaction. I must of had a look on my face or something but she knew i had wet myself but i wasn't embarassed

    I love beer and diapers. When i am out for the night and having a few beers it is so nice just to wet them and not have to worry about

    I've had more than a few some while out and about some at home. I have to make sure it's only gas that is coming out. The other night i was at home felt the urge to pass some gas and filled my diaper instead wasn't expecting that to happen for sure.

    As i said i always wear a diaper to bed, I sleep much better and i know that i will wet at sometime during the hight but i don;t have to worry about or get up to pee and if i do wake it's only for a few seconds then right back to sleep.

    I always wear at night if i don't i will wake up in a wet bed. Most of the time i don't wake up when i wet my diaper.

    Standing is the easiest for me but I also like to be sitting and feel it come out and smush around my diaper,like just now. Feels great.

    I usually wake up wet anyways but last night I dreamed I was wetting and filling my diaper. I remember pushing to fill my diaper in the dream while I was standing somewhere. When I woke up a little while ago sure enough I was wet and had filled my diaper.

    I wear 24/7 and have been for awhile now. I wear Abenas l4s most of the time and on other times I will wear a pull up,depends on what i'm wearing. I wear out of the house all the time and i'm not to worried if anyone finds out it's better than having wet pants. My close friends know that I wear and it's not a big deal for them as they know I need them. I did the 12 month program and that coupled with some medical issues has caused me to lose most all of my bladder control. If anyone ever said anything to me I would just respond with it is what it is. I don't make a big deal about having a diaper on so that people will notice me but I also don't take extreme measures to hide that fact.
