  1. We are actually planning on an extensive line of underwear that people can wear under their everyday clothing with some great designs to help people feel little even though they have to wear adult clothes.
  2. We are hoping to develop some cloth diapers once we get a pattern down that we like
  3. Can you tell me what you mean by “bubbles”? We have some sets planned out such as tshirts with diaper covers(or AIO when we have a pattern that we are 100% happy with). I just want to make sure we understand you fully.
  4. My wife and I are looking at starting a clothing company that caters to both the AB/DL and little communities. I am AB/DL and she identifies as a little. She already has a successful custom clothing company and is looking to expand into this clientele. Both of us are fed up with the poor quality of pre-made clothing that are coming from companies that order from Alibaba and similar websites and just resell, I am sure that there are some good ones but we haven’t seen them. We both feel that the AB/DL community deserves better. Our question for all of you is what are you looking for? What do you find could be improved? What size ranges would you be interested in? Any other information or suggestions that you would like to share would be fantastic, we are doing this to provide for the communities in a way that we feel could be greatly improved. We want to fulfill your needs so the more information we can get from the community the better.
  5. I go to school in Butler County, PA
  6. I agree with those above that say that her simply being accepting of the DL side is a major victory and should not be taken lightly. As for the AB side being "wrong" have you sat down with her and found out what she feels is so "wrong" about it? It could simply be a misunderstanding of what you are asking, preconceptions, wanting a mate rather than a child, or any number of things. As per her saying that she would do anything for you and loves you the way you are, that means so many different things to each person, I personally wouldn't hold it against her or call her out on it. Take it as the sign of affection that it is and move on, simply digging into those things can cause problems, besides saying "I love you just the way you are" is a lot easier to hear than "I love everything about you except for X, Y, and Z"
  7. I just saw the ad for this on television and while it was incredibly awkward as I was watching it with my dad it does look like it will be an excellent portrayal of our lifestyle. Thumbs up for doing this and thank you, as any positive representation is bound to help a vast many individuals in their lives whether it be showing people that they are not alone or by showing non abdls that we are not as strange as they may think.
  8. A couple points I found interesting about the universal health care issue in the US. -Congress blatantly lied to the American people, claiming that the American Medical Association was in support of the bill when it was never brought forward and voted upon by the committee that decides whether or not to support these things. -Universal Health Care is so effective in other countries that thousands of people go from Canada, UK, etc. to have their surguries done in the US. (I actually had a friend's best friend die of cancer and resulting infections in Canada because they decided that it was too expensive to operate, they diagnosed him a couple years ago but said it would cost too much and just told him he would have to live with it until it killed him.) -The US government already has shown their inability to run things as efficiently as the private industry, IE, the US Post Office, the bankrupt Medicare, Medicaid and soon to be bankrupt Social Security. The US automotive industry is in no better shape than it was before GMC was nationalized, GMC actually just asked for another bailout earlier this week. I worked in medical billing for two years, with my mother also working in medical billing and my father in the medical field for nearly 30 years, from what we have all observed, the problem with the medical system already is too much government involvement. The standards for Medicare, Medicaid (federal gov) reimbursing hospitals is at most 25% for equipment, and significantly less for the efforts of the actual people, Private insurance companies use Medicare and Medicaid as the industry standard and only reimburse that amount themselves. This results in hospitals providing a markup of over 4x for all their patients so they get reimbursed enough to stay in business, let alone make a profit as their stockholders demand. The same applies for perscriptions and nearly everything else medical related except over the counter stuff. Solution: getting rid of medicare and medicaid or forcing them to actually pay what they are supposed to would result in medical bills dropping by 75% across the board as well as a significant drop in medical insurance. Another problem is the government requirement for hospitals to not refuse service to anyone regardless of whether or not they can afford treatment. In a sense it is already universal health care, but thats aside the point. Obviously the hospitals eat the cost of people that don't pay and thus pass them on to those who do pay, further increasing the costs. Living near mexico I am sure the statistics are slightly difference than the rest of the country due to immigration (hospitals have to treat illegals and legals alike) but I would say at least 1/5 of patients at the hospital I work at do not pay for one reason or another and thus, everyone who does pay, their medical bills go up by at least 1/5 to cover those costs. Solution: Obviously it is rather inhumane to suggest or support not treating those who can't afford it regardless of the cost, but I say that if the government wants, they can put up government (state or federal) run free medical clinics up that would allow whoever walked in to get treated, people can volunteer to staff the clinic and would be a great opportunity for people to find a way to have college paid for or do their residencies. But, still allow those with insurance or want to pay to continue to go to the existing hospitals and doctors if they choose. * statistics are rough estimates and not designed to be stated as a hard fact or true for my entire state, let alone the nation, they are merely the numbers I found and recall at the hospital I work at.
  9. Having built a few towers in my day my best pieces of advice would be 1. The Motherboard book is your friend, it shows you how to plug stuff in so that it gets power. 2. Keep track of your screws, use a short plastic cup or something, worst thing is to be almost done and not have that final screw 3. Google is your friend, if you are having a problem, chances are someone else has had the same thing before. 4. computer parts these days are both fragile and durable, some parts take a bit of pressure to go into their correct slot, just make sure they are alligned properly or it will break. It was such a blessing when they reversed the pins on the processors to be in the motherboard instead, one of those extremely thin metal pins bending can ruin a $500 piece of equipment. 5. If you get frustrated, take a break, it is a mentally demanding process and if stuff doesn't go in right the first couple times it is very easy to get frustrated over it.
  10. I really didn't know there was an anti-ab crowd, kinda made me laugh to be honest. Sounds like it is basically the same argument used by super religious people for any group that they don't deem orthodox. It really is disgusting on their part to try to convert people through slander and insults. If this is the God their are preaching, one who only provides compassion and love after a strict set of conditions are met, I can't see why anyone would want that.
  11. I am almost 100% certain that they are the walgreens brand diapers.
  12. I believe they were discussing the differences between men and women as a tie in to their gender specific products, not like they could discuss the anatomical differences during day time tv so they had to come up with something.
  13. A slightly more direct way, to get it done with a lot sooner (I am sure it is and has been eating him up inside) is just when you two are alone just tell him "I know about the diapers and thats fine with me." He will most likely be embarrassed, but he probably would be no matter how the topic comes up, but at least it will get rid of the elephant in the room.
  14. I used to work partially in the PC repaid department for my old job. I would say that it is fairly safe, as they would most likely not find it or care. The only time we ever came across stuff was when that was what was causing the computer problems, a lot of viruses and stuff come with videos and pictures and adult type websites. Though we really didn't care. The only thing we had to actually concern ourselves about was reporting illegal stuff to the police, you can guess what that is, and we only found that once. The guy got let off though because he was proven to be at work when the stuff was downloaded and he found out his 13 year old son ditched school that day.
  15. [enter silly and pointless complaint here] Ok, just so we got the expectations of this thread out of the way. Even though not much of this applies to me, it seems like a perfectly reasonable action.
