littleone25 Posted Tuesday at 05:01 PM Posted Tuesday at 05:01 PM Mother nature seems to be trying to get nicer, although today not so great snow wind rain. Got to love michigan, tee shirts to winter coats in a 24hr period.
Snugglebear_69 Posted Tuesday at 06:33 PM Posted Tuesday at 06:33 PM We just had hail here in Ottawa 😑
ValentinesStuff Posted Tuesday at 06:48 PM Posted Tuesday at 06:48 PM A frost warning for tonight, 80s predicted for Friday.
Dubious Posted Tuesday at 09:06 PM Posted Tuesday at 09:06 PM Will be a peak at 19 C tomorrow, with a 12 C low, both are t-shirt weather, but it might be windy, and then 12 C might be a bit cold. Either way, I will be hiking. 1
rusty pins Posted Tuesday at 10:09 PM Posted Tuesday at 10:09 PM April and Michigan. Just like death and taxes, you can be sure it will be nice in the 60's one day and down in the 30's and 40's the next. It's supposed to get down to 33 degrees tonight and Friday is supposed to be as high as 75 degrees. Back to 50's for Sunday.
oznl Posted Tuesday at 10:20 PM Posted Tuesday at 10:20 PM Here at 26 degrees latitude south of the equator, I've just started wearing a t-shirt to bed as well as my nappy. A couple of nights have recently dipped just below 20C (68F) for the first time since last October. I suspect in another month or so, I won't be running the bedroom ceiling fan overnight. I don't like winter so much 😧 1 hour ago, Dubious said: Will be a peak at 19 C tomorrow, with a 12 C low, both are t-shirt weather, but it might be windy, and then 12 C might be a bit cold. For us in July, an overnight low of 9C is not unusual but during the day it would be 21 - 22C and usually sunny. Winter is our "dry" season. Even so, at 12C, we'll always have our "snow gear" on (ie: long pants and maybe even socks) 🤣
bottlestop Posted Tuesday at 10:26 PM Posted Tuesday at 10:26 PM Here in southern AZ we had our first 100F day last Friday. Set a record for earliest day. Now we're more seasonal, 80's and 90's.
Crinklz Kat Posted Wednesday at 01:04 AM Posted Wednesday at 01:04 AM I heard it said (by someone from Michigan) that Michigan has 2 seasons; Winter and road construction. 🤨
Cute_Kitten Posted Wednesday at 01:38 AM Posted Wednesday at 01:38 AM It warmed up a little bit my way. But it was also windy and rainy. 😑 I'm not ready for it to be super hot and summer, but I'm so over the very cold temps and wearing a winter coat. At least the flowers are blooming. And roadwork season is well underway. 😡 Why actually fix the potholes nice and even with the rest of the road when you (general you) can just dump a blob of cement and instead of a big hole, make a big bump that people still have to avoid. 🤦♀️ 2
Little_Mouse Posted Thursday at 03:32 PM Posted Thursday at 03:32 PM I measured 19.6 C (67,3 F) outside in the shade of my garden yesterday. The highest this year so far.

Heck it could snow a week from now. Michigan can't take that from us. Why, Maywood IL roads have been under construction since I was six years old.
Crinklz Kat Posted Thursday at 08:59 PM Posted Thursday at 08:59 PM Definitely spring weather here. Had a frost advisory this morning... now in the 60's. And just finished the first mowing of the season.
JunkyardDog1 Posted Thursday at 09:20 PM Posted Thursday at 09:20 PM Lotta commie measurements being used in this topic. Here in PA I prefer freedom units. (The fat electrician, or zip ties n bias plies would agree) i mowed last week right before it hit the 20s again. And I'm mowing today in the sunshine. I refabricated my disc to be three point mounted instead of drag, hauling them to a friend for his garden. Tis the season to get prepping for them gardens ladies n gents. Can't wait to be outside working shirtless soon! I gotta hand it to you more northerners, you can take the cold in stride.
