Who knows?

As far as I know my wife is the only one who knows. However, I do have 2 daughters who may have done a little snooping when they still lived at home. They've never said anything to us so hoping it's between the wife and I.

People here that I chat with or read my posts.  The massage therapists I go to once in a while for a back massage, and I used to have a DL friend for about 10 years before he passed away from cancer 5 years ago.  That is it.

My mom and whole family knows I wear diapers. My Mom often helps me with diaper changes as well.

This is an open-ended question for me. For a long time, only my wife knew, but then she decided to assign my daughter to empty the trash cans, without consulting with me, and she found a diaper in the garbage in our bathroom, which she, somewhat hilariously, attributed to my wife. My wife did not find that hilarious, so in short order, my daughter knew, and she told her sister about one second later. I think they may have suspected something before that - it's hard to live with someone all the time, and to maintain perpetual nuclear-codes level security. A couple of my friends found out as a result of wardrobe failures, and I know that one of their spouses knows, as well. Separately, I had to inform another good friend, because I was staying at his place for a week, and their neighbourhood has severe garbage restrictions, so there was no way for me to be wearing diapers, unless I planned to bury them in his yard or something.

My mother-in-law was staying with us, and she walked past our open bedroom door, at a time of night when she's almost never active, and I was sitting on the bed in a diaper, watching TV - my wife had left the door open "for a moment" to run downstairs and get a drink. She waved as she walked by, and otherwise did not react... does that mean that she just didn't notice, somehow, that her son-in-law was wearing a big, thankfully white plastic diaper, or did it mean that it was not new information to her? My wife noted that her eyes aren't the best, but, she still drives - her eyes aren't that bad, either.

My parents and my siblings knew that I was "funny" about diapers when I was a kid, because I wore them to bed for a long time, and then after that, I started making my own, and my stepdad found my stash and yelled at me about it in front of them. However, that was a long time ago, and I thought those considerations had long been relegated to the memory scrap heap, until I went through helping my stepdad deal with needing diapers or pullups, and at one point, he said something to the effect that "It was taking him some time to get used to wearing them, but that I would understand that better than most..."

I didn't ask him what he meant, but at that point, I'd been wearing diapers fulltime for about four years. Did they become aware of it at some point?

Outside of those people, I finally relented and put it on file with my RMT, just so that I could go and take advantage of my benefits, after having avoided massages for 5 years, because I didn't want to deal with wearing a diaper in that setting. I also have a urologist who knows, because he's seen me in a pull-up, but interestingly, he didn't even ask about it - I was there for something else.

Since my kids know, there is a possibility that some of their friends know, and I'm friends with most of their friends' parents, so... who else knows? I will probably never know. But one thing I can say is that whatever information has leaked (pun there) so far, has had remarkably little effect on my relationships or my life. I still get invited to things, still plan golf vacations with the guys, still get asked to stay at their cottages, etc. After having lived my early childhood almost paralyzed with fear about the implications of someone finding out, I have discovered, after half a decade at this, that maybe, just maybe, it's not that big a deal. Your mileage may vary...

Both of my parents found my stash when I was younger so they know, but they never said anything after having a concerned discussion and throwing my stash out in the years to come so I think they just thought it was "just a phase." My brother may have also known since he was still at home. By technicality, anyone who has seen my posts here and on one other site also knows. Other than that, I don't think anyone else knows as I've never told anyone.

Just my wife knows about my diaper, other people may suspect I wear diapers but there have never been any comments. What are people going to say, "How is your diaper, are you wet?"

My ex gf and people on the internet and the handful of folks I've met in person except I know they poop their pants too, so it kind of cancels out.

Who knows? Anyone standing next to me when I mess my diaper!!! Just kidding, I am polite and don't subject any innocent bystanders to my poopy diapee.

My therapost and I had a fight over them. He said that I should quit OTR; "they have the power to cloud men's minds" and I said "So what? I am a little girl remember? I told the Emperor he was buck nekked and made it stick"
