What is your waist size? Looking to help diaper makes know the ABDL market better.

While I usually wear size 44 pants and buy the ones with the stretch sides or waist, with jeans I get size 42.  Jeans just fit better and even then, they sometimes slide down if I don't have my belt cinched as tight as it will go.  One thing about waterproof pants.  Usually there is a huge gap in size from Large to X-Large.  Large are just a bit too snug but the next size up, X-Large hang like a tent!  For plastic and waterproof pants they need to have a much more gradual transition between Large and X-Large.  It's been that way for years!

My jeans are 40 waist. But the actual tape measure says 39.

Depending upon how generous the 40" diapers are, they are either comfortable or feel too small.

For the most time I wear size medium diapers.

Sometimes I have used size small but most of the size small diapers I feel is just a little to small for me.

36". I use 27 x 36" diaper flannel cloth diapers and when I use disposables, Rearz large fits the best.

I am a 42” waist, I wear large in diapers. I wish I could lose some weight and get back to mediums. It’s going to take some work.

Your poll is badly skewed.  You should break 29"-39" waist size into a couple different groups to get better data!
