  1. Now you are just being a tease! 😄 Seriously, those pants look great!
  2. Have you considered cloth baby diapers?
  3. I put a plug just under the hole. And I do my best to keep everything clean.
  4. That is interesting news. I do hope something comes from it.
  5. What I want and what I have are 2 different things. I can rarely afford the upper tier diapers and must make due with "lesser" brands.
  6. I have been using a modified Foley since yesterday (3/1/2024) and I am getting my usual use out of lower tier diapers. I can get about two hours use before I end up with press out when I sit down. Other than the frequent changing I am very relaxed. After my second change during last night, I switched to multi-layered cloth and was fine until I changed this morning. The multi layered cloth diaper was plenty wet, but was not soaked and my bedding was dry. And on that note, I am due for another change because I can feel my butt cheeks getting wet.
  7. Multi layered cloth diaper with plastic pants over top. And inside a holey Foley to allow the drip, drip, drip.
  8. I learned early on when I discovered that I had to take my shoes and pants off to change a pull up. Tape diapers or cloth diapers only.
  9. You should talk to your seamstress and maybe collaborate and sell these. I for one like the one pair of VIP pants I still have.
  10. A cloth pull on diaper and Priva style plastic pants. And I am comfy!
  11. What you need is something like this.
  12. I see the holes on the bottom part of your stent to let the urine into the stent from your bladder. Where are the holes that let the urine out of the stent and into your urethra while bypassing the sphincters? You will probably need at least one hole near the white cap. And possibly another O-ring to keep the stent from moving in either direction while in use. *disclaimer* I have not tried this myself, so there is a high chance that I don't know what I am talking about.
  13. Wouldn't it be easier to just think of dead fish? Or maybe ex-girlfriends or ex-boyfriends. *Warning! This is just a joke and nothing but a joke! Please do not take it seriously!*
  14. @Loveable_guy No I did not! *sniff* And taper the fluid BACK? Nope! After all, I am using a catheter in an unconventional manner. The more fluids, the better! My wife shares the same bad as I also. Sometimes she sleeps through my escapades and other times she does not. I try not to wake her. Yes, you need to plug the funnel end of the catheter to force the fluid to come out the hole you made in the catheter. I have one Foley I modified by cutting the funnel off. (Less to flop around and get in the way.) I then inserted a small solid bead into the hole I made in the Foley and forced it down barely below the hole opening. All the fluid goes out the hole I made instead of down the inside of the catheter. All cautions apply. Do not do this at home. It could potentially cause a UTI. Use at your own risk. I am real close to trying a stent. Not quite, but close. Of course at one time I was aghast about using a Foley.
  15. Yes,oh yes how bad these pants were! The heavy pad absorbed next to nothing and the light pad was worse! But the biggest issue I remember was the snaps digging uncomfortably into my thighs The pants were sized correctly, but the positioning of the lower snaps was not good for me. Why would any company copy THOSE? lol
  16. From a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away... LOL
  17. It has been awhile since I have done this. And the expected results were achieved. Last night I woke up about 2:45 AM to soaked diapers (Two cloth adult diapers, one thick cloth booster and at least two cloth baby diapers for boosters) and a wet bed pad. I cleaned up and changed into fresh cloth diapers and then rinsed out the funky diapers and things in the tub. All went into the wash this morning. I am relaxed.
  18. When you put a catheter in, you leak from the catheter immediately. But I don't think that is what your question. It has pretty much been shown that it really doesn't matter how long you have a catheter in (within reason). When the catheter is removed, bladder function returns within hours or at the most days. Has anyone here used catheters exclusively for a year or more? If so, what happens when you stop using catheters?
  19. Happens. I am going to have some Goldfish™ to make my blahs go away.
  20. How did it go? Mine have never been what I would call "fun" and are actually quite uncomfortable. But there are worse things to endure.
  21. If hate statements are being aired, report them. Simple as that. If enough people report them, the video will go away.
  22. Sleezy was the female dwarf you never hear about.
  23. Cloth diapers can be plain white. Don't forget the plain white plastic pants. ?
