notyalc
I have a nice white carpet in my studio and just recently rented the rug doctor to clean up. Link to comment
SunOfSheep
Well step 1 is to avoid leaks of any kinds if your on carpet thats the point of the diaper you have on!, if they happen clean it up with a paper towel and i find peroxide and rubbing alcohol dose vary good at all most any kinds of problems in carpets. DiapermanAl
Don't change over the carpet. Go into the bathroom. If that is not convenient then use an chux/bed-pad on the floor. Link to comment
id0ntknow
I usually change in my room, since my sister, while not caring that I wear, doesn't want anything to do with diapers. I normally lay a few towels down first, and make sure to be on top of them while changing. Link to comment

Manetheren40
You could use natures merical or other pet cleanup for the smells associated with it. Link to comment
beallucanb
I put a thick towel down when I change, I have heard that citrus based odor controllers will hide the smell. I also heard of folks using white vinegar when they wash cloth diapers to help control odors. I was thinking maybe something like Scotch Guard on your carpet will eliminate the need in the future. Baby Brian
When I change I untape my old diaper and lay it on the carpet to catch any leaks or drips. I tape on my new diaper, then roll up the used one. No mess on the carpet- ever. Link to comment
crinklyplastic
If you have to change on carpet, get one or two of these diaper change pads from babykins. I love mine. Edited October 28, 2015 by crinklyplastic Link to comment
manncer
I always take my soaking wet diaper off on the kitchen floor, which is linoleum. I can then put my new diaper on anywhere. Link to comment
