That reminds me of the "Stop Ahead" signs. My dad always said "Stop! a HEAD!" lol

I have a friend who makes a hobby of taking photos of wacky signs. He's taken some pretty fun/wacky ones over the years.

Those type of signs used to be put up in every neighborhood in Wisconsin that had a high number of young children in them.

You do not see many of them anymore due to being politicaly incorrect.

Someone put up signs like this at our recreational property, they way "Slow Children Playing", I always say "Well they should hurry up!".

Once upon a time I encountered a "slow rescue squad" sign! It was in Western New Jersey, east side of Jugtown mountain on route 22.

Ever see those yellow warning signs that show a deer leaping across the road? It's supposed to be a warning that deer are around and may leap across the road in front of your car. I was driving down a local road theother day where there is one of those signs and someone had put one of those red round peel off stickers on the nose of the deer! Made me laught at this time of the year!

We have Deer Crossing signs here which is sort of stupid. The deer can't read. How do they know where they are supposed to cross?

It's so nice to see that those poor "slow children playing" have jobs when they grow up. I can still see their signs! "Slow men working." Why are they always men? Oh! And why don't they invent a shovel that will stand upright by itself? Random thoughts!
