BabyFergstar
I've got more than a few, mostly girl friends, but nobody cares either. They got to know me first, and found out during drunken escapades...lol. Link to comment
puffybedwetter
Maybe I usually post on facebook plugging the fact that I need diapers lol 1 Link to comment
Angela Bauer
Ever since I participated in my first Adult Baby party in October 1990, I have been in-person friends with lots of AB/DL. Growing up with bladder control issues, I have never made my urinary incontinence a top secret. At university all four years my dorm mate not only knew I wore diapers, she was also incontinent. During those years many of the other women living in our dorm would borrow diapers from us. When I moved to law school, I found that a lot of the other students in my dorm (not all law students) did not bother even putting boxes of Attends out of sight. I did not find out about AB/DL until a couple of years after I graduated from law school. Since I began using AB playtime to relax and feel better about being incontinent, I do not remember ever deliberately discussing AB/DL with an outsider. Link to comment
drynot
I've got a few friends that know as well. It hasn't been a big issue.... I should clarify...they know I use diapers for bedwetting. No one besides my wife knows of my DL side..... Link to comment
diaperedandspanked
None of my friends know...but the wife does now, and really hasn't had much to say except "are you still wearng those diapers?" that was a couple weeks ago and my reply was 'yes". The three month hit with the kidney stone stent must have done some damage inside, can't get to the bathroom in time. That was the end of that. Link to comment
Eir
I have one special friend back home who knows that I wear, and am AB Link to comment
peepeepants
4 friends know, no real reaction Link to comment
Pangaea
I told about 7 people now. No bad reactions either. Nobody really seemed to feel any different about me after. Link to comment
Julie_J
they know I wear diapers -- only a special handful know of the DL side in me. Since I have a disability, maybe some just expect me to be incontinent! Link to comment
Dirty Diaper/Maxipad Lover
I have a few that know--most of them are female friends. Girlfriend: Knows for obvious reasons--was more then open-minded when I opened up to her about this. Female Friend #1: Knows because we once had a random conversation in the middle of the night and wound up sharing our fetishes with each other. She was very open-minded about the fetish too and didn't judge me at all. Female Friend #2: Knows because I decided to tell her before she could find out another way--both of us have shared plenty of secrets before so this was no different. Male Friend #1: Knows because I've share secrets with him almost as frequently as I've shared secrets with Female Friend #2--also knew his fetishes so I felt it was only right to share mine. His reaction to the idea of the fetish itself was negative, but he admitted that he was indifferent to my enjoyment of it. Male Friend #2: Had no problem admitting that he had a small porn collection but would only tell me what fetishes were in it if I told him what my fetishes were. I agreed to swap fetishes and found out what was in his porn collection--his reaction to the fetish was pretty positive. 2 Link to comment

diaperlad
My family kinda knows but never says anything. I think they do know I like wearing diapers. It's my choice that I like too and they respect that so it's never talked about. I had a friend I use to live with back in the late 2000 and lived with his daughter too who was a year older than me. They both knew and never said anything about it. They told me to keep your diapers in your room when your in them, "We don't want to see you wearing them in front of us out else in the open of the house". I had another male friend who found my diapers one day accidentally left out and asked if I was a diaperlover after discovering it, but I denied it after he confronted me about it. I had a GF who accepted me as a diaperlover and we had our own apartment we shared. She wasn't into the diaper thing and said she will not ever wear one for me, nor ever try one on. She was supportive, even bought me diapers when I was low. She diapered me, changed me a few times, I had fun with her when we were together. Sadly we split up and she moved on, and it wasn't about the diaper thing. I'm just glad she didn't use this against me when she left. It's kinda rare to find women who was like her (my -EX) I know lots of women would not accept this. Now I'm back single and I don't really have alot of friends in real life. All my friends are guys but hardly see them. Link to comment
DaStickman
I actually had a Positive experience today telling (of all the people I interact with) a female colleague at work. We were sharing our stress relievers, she is dealing with some pretty heavy outside influences so I just up and told her. She was so awesome about it, was so impressed I had a way to manage the day to day stress of our job. She really got the stress relief of regression and praised me for being so open, honest and comfortable with it around her. And it was warts and all telling, so she knows I wears, wets and messes. To quote, "you'd be one stinky boy mister" 1 Link to comment
RoyalDane
I'm strongly debating telling the girl I'm presently crushing on. She knows everything else about me, and even my closer friends would give me hell over it, but she wouldnt. 1 Link to comment

Dpgiraffe
ive only told 3 people in my life that im a DL GF: she was surprise when i first told her. but after a long time of letting her know more about what it means for me to be DL slowly she became okay with it. She had her concerns and alot of questions (ex: do you pee/mess in it? do you wear it all the time? do you get arouse from it? are you going to stop using the toilet due to laziness? etc etc) i answered them truthfully and in the end she said she was totally okay with what i do, and she thinks i look super cute in a diaper. now a days she even asked if she could be the one to put me in diapers instead of me putting myself in one. and once in a while she'll even want me to put her into one so we can look cute together ^__^ Sister: she basically said "diapers? is that it? i thought you were gonna tell me you were into some weirder shit like beating women or something." but my sister had always kinda knew ever since we were little. (me stealing diapers from younger cousins etc etc) Closer guy friend: his words exactly "oh. what ever makes you happy. everyone's into some weird fetishes" and we never talked about it anymore. I M Soaked
The only RL friend, I have, that knows, has four legs and barks. so, he don't care one iota. I have hinted at it to my GF, she just said"Don't expect me to change you." She has Rheumitoid Artheritis, wich has disfigured her hands, to the point that she can't pinch the tapes, or she would probably be more into it. Link to comment

BabyJune
It would not be a good idea if any of my friends or family knew about my fetishes because I work closely with young children. People would no doubt jump to the wrong conclusion and force me to stop working with kids. (I would never, ever harm a child!) They wouldn't understand that wearing diapers is a comforting reminder of the wonderful childhood I had and the secure feeling I get from imagining what being a baby is like. The part where I dress like a little girl wouldn't go over too hot, either, since all the children I work with are girls. Some aspects of our lives are best kept secret. I find no useful purpose in telling anyone because it wouldn't be a positive outcome if I did. Link to comment
thixk
I haven't told anyone. I haven't told my family because they work closely with young children (like babyjune). I oddly feel the same way that BabyJune does, "Some aspects of our lives are best kept secret." I wear diapers for fun and comfort (when I get to). I think it would be different if I actually had to wear them. I haven't told my friends because it feels like they don't really need to know. While I wish I could tell them so I don't have to hide diapers, or wear them when noone is around, I feel like it is just telling them something that really wouldn't matter much. Link to comment
