  1. Usually I just poop standing (knees bent but not fully squatting) but sometimes I will do it squatting, or w-sitting (while playing) with my butt a few inches off the floor so it doesn't squish.
  2. I've been tweaking my potty chart. It now has 6 categories - woke up dry, sat on potty when told, asked to use potty (obvs those two are 100% imaginary lol), pee in potty, poo on potty, and no accidents all day. (Will post pic when done; will also do a separate potty untraining chart for when the roomie goes on vacation and I have unlimited little time, but that won't be for quite a while yet.) Each time an event occurs I will get a sticker for my chart. I need to figure out a reward system, though! Like, for each sticker on my chart I get something very small (like one gummy bear or m&m), 5 stickers something a little bit bigger like a lollipop, 10 stickers ???, 25 stickers a small toy (like a My Little Pony or Hot Wheels car?). 1 week no accidents - New big girl undies? Obviously all this is just meant to be fun! I won't be able to keep up with it at work, so I'm limited to days off and evenings but that's okay. Any suggestions for rewards? Should I keep them "little" prizes, or maybe switch to things big me likes?
  3. In bed a couple hours ago. Went to a small gathering with some co-workers last night, there was a lot of food and I ate way too much. This morning I was chilling in bed in a damp North Shore Care Supreme Lite when I felt an unpleasant rumbling in my tummy. I knew it was going to be one of those runny messes I despise but against my better judgement I let it out anyway since the diaper was barely half used but I was ready to get dressed and start my day. Had to hang out in it a while because I knew there was more to come and boy was I right. Think this one definitely put me off messing for a while...
  4. Certainly a lot of people don't identify with any specific age, and I'm not saying anyone has to. It just seems curious to me when they DO specify a specific age or age range, but don't do things a child that age would do. It definitely isn't sexual for me at all. For me it's just going back to a time when I was the happiest, and the most authentically me before the peer pressure of school and the social constructs associated with being female made me change to fit in and be accepted. (Not that I ever did a very good job at that. ?)
  5. I haven't gone that far, but I have a lot of younger siblings and cousins and like I said babysat a lot, so I have a pretty good idea of what babies and kids like at various ages. Plus being 3-5 I actually remember the toys I had and what activities I found entertaining at that age.
  6. I have no clue if diapers were actually bigger back then. Today's cloth-backed diapers have a lot of stretch, though, where a plastic diaper does not, so perhaps they would have to be a bit bigger to account for that.
  7. A while ago someone asked for toy suggestions in the Baby Talk forum. They said their little age was 6-12 months, so I suggested simple things like balls, blocks, rattles, and stacking cups. Others suggested things like a tea set, crayons, Megablocks, and Nerf Guns, none of which seem age-appropriate for a 6-12 month old baby to me. I've seen ABs who say they're one or two years old but like to play Lego and video games (I babysat a lot in my high school and college days and would NEVER give Lego to a child under 3, as they're a choking hazard), and those who say they're in the three to five year old age range but use bottles, pacifiers, onesies, and baby-style diapers. All that has me wondering - how true are you to your little age? I'm between three and five, depending on the day, so I range from (slightly late) potty-training toddler to bed-wetting pre-schooler (who maybe gets distracted or has trouble holding it for very long if there isn't a potty nearby and has occasional daytime accidents) so my preferred diapers are pullups. Of course, being a full-blown woman with hips and a butt, actual Pull Ups, Goodnites, etc don't come close to fitting me so I improvise with Always Discreet. Sometimes I'll go with an ABU diaper for a more kid-like design (I think the Little Pawz, Dino Rawrz, and PeekABU designs would be cute on toddler Pull Ups, maybe too babyish for bedwetting pants) but the tape-on style doesn't feel authentic to me. I have two sippy cup I'll use on rare occasions and some kid-sized straw-style water bottles; baby bottles and pacifiers have no appeal for me. As far as toys, when I'm in little space I like My Little Pony, coloring/simple arts and crafts, and Beanie Babies. I'm tempted to see if my parents still have my old Lego sets stored away. Once I get my "playroom" finished (really a multi-purpose craft/exercise/storage room) and I have space I want to get some Magnatiles and other building toy sets. and while I've never been that into dolls, I currently am tempted to get an American Girl doll because they now have a Team USA soccer kit for them, and I love soccer. (I know there are cheaper AG knockoffs, but they're not as cute.) As far as clothing goes, most of what I wear in my downtime would be appropriate playclothes for today's little girls - mainly athletic wear with pops of fun colors like coral pink, periwinkle, and aqua, and a few personalized soccer and basketball jerseys. For occasions requiring something more dressy-casual I have a couple comfy knit dresses, one with polka dots and the other striped. How about you? Are your diaper, toy, and clothing choices in line with your ageplay age, or just a mish-mash of things you like from across the baby-child spectrum?
  8. I am far from wearing 24/7, and have no desire to do so, but when I have the urge to wear during the day I go with some type of pull up. My preference for the last few years has been Always Discreet, though I tried several other brands before that. I last ordered 52 of them (two 26-count packages) from amazon back in March, not sure exactly what I paid but I think it was around $40, probably a bit less. I still have around a dozen left. Around the same time I also got a mixed half case of ABU diapers, and I had some North Shore Care Supreme Lites left from an earlier order. Those I save mainly for nighttime, though I will occasionally wear one on my day off if the roomie is gone for a while and I don't plan on going anywhere. All that to say I have no clue what that comes to for monthly expenditure but since it's a once-in-a-while thing for me, it isn't much. Given how much the Always Discreet hold, as per my personal experience, if I were to wear (and use) them 24/7, I could probably get away with 4 of them a day. Possibly 3 if I really push the limits, but if I go with 4 a day at $.77 each (assuming $40 for 52, like I said I think I paid a little less than that but not sure), it would cost around $90 a month.
  9. I would definitely be considered overweight, but it doesn't seem to cause any bladder issues for me. However, a quick Google search does suggest that carrying extra weight can put undue pressure on the pelvic floor muscles, causing urinary incontinence. However, it could be a sign of something more serious, such as diabetes, so you may want to check with your doctor and not rely on a search engine or random strangers in the internet.
  10. Because the machinery to make them that big doesn't exist and would cost a lot to build, and the profit needed to offset that cost might not be there for such a niche market. At least the machines used for ABDK diapers can be used for medical diapers as well; I doubt many incontinent people would be interested in an item like this because they wouldn't be as functional as what is already on the market. Plus they'd have to make a wider range of sizes beyond the s/m and l/xl that Goodnites, Ninjamas, etc can get away with. And while they might look cute, a pull up in that style is not likely to support a fully soaked pad with the kind of absorbency most ABDLs are looking for. So while a lot of us would love to see it, don't hold your breath.
  11. My little isn't stuck in any one decade, more like late 90s through present day.
  12. ABUniverse Dino Rawrz. My favorites. Getting down to the last few and probably won't do another mixed half case from ABU for a while. I'll be using them sparingly until I run down my stash of other diapers, so really enjoying this one today. Well-used already but will definitely hold at least one more wetting.
  13. Not sitting, but in a messy diaper. I'm off today and the roomie decided to head out for the day. I was about to use the potty when she told me so I held my pee until she left. Popped in a suppository as soon as she was out the door and just barely got my Dino Rawrz taped up before the floodgates opened. Headed downstairs to start some laundry in my doggy diaper and then had a snack before the suppository kicked in. Once again I'd been backed up for a few days so now I have a huge, relatively solid lump in my diaper while I putter around doing chores. I drank a lot of water after my morning walk and have had juice and another bottle of water since so hopefully there will be another good flood soon to get this diaper to capacity before I clean up. Windows are open, fans are on, and I have some citrus oils in the essential oil diffuser so the smell isn't bad.
  14. I wear less often now simply because the roommate is always home so my opportunities to wear for an extended amount of time are very limited. (but that doesn't bother me much because my desire to wear comes and goes so it's not like I ever wore on a daily basis to begin with.) I occasionally wear an abdl disposable overnight and can get away with an always discreet pull up during the day if I feel like it but can't push the limits without risking being caught. I can't even imagine trying to wear cloth during this time, between the extra laundry, finding a place to keep the used ones until they get washed, and the obvious bulk of them. My style of dress, particularly in the summer, doesn't do anything to disguise that kind of bulk. I can only imagine how much harder it might be for someone without a washer and dryer at home. But it's all well and good because nothing about cloth really appeals to me anyway. If that means I'm not classy, oh well. I don't really care.
  15. My evening routine has been derailed by COVID 19. I used to take a shower to unwind before bed, but being an essential worker I now shower as soon as I come home from work as recommended. Nothing too exciting about what remains. I'll have a snack if I'm in the mood, pop a couple melatonin gummies, brush my teeth, diaper up if it's a diaper kind of night, and either read or play games on my phone or tablet for 30-45 minutes til the melly kicks in.I If it's one of those rare times when I have the house to myself, I'll have a more toddler-type snack (Goldfish crackers, Teddy Grahams, applesauce pouch, etc) and milk or juice in a sippy cup, maybe while watching one of my favorite Disney movies. Then I'll take a nice bath with Baby Magic calming bath wash. After that I'll slather myself with Baby Magic calming lotion, go potty if I'm going with just a pull up that night, and diaper up. If it's hot I'll just wear a t-shirt with my diaper or pullup. In cooler weather I'll go with either my fave rainbow striped long jons and a long sleeve tee or if it's super cold my one piece fleece hooded sleeper and fuzzy socks. Once my teeth are brushed I'll get a sippy cup of water in case I get thirsty and climb into bed with my silicone dino teether clipped to my jammies and a stuffie snuggled in my arms. If I'm wearing a good diaper that can hold a few big wettings (as opposed to a pull up) I'll skip my last trip to the potty for the evening and wet my diaper before falling asleep.
  16. I tried a bottle, didn't care for it. I prefer sippy cups.
  17. If you think powder will hide the smell of a poopy diaper...think again. It will just smell like powdery poop. Pooder, if you will. Use it if you want, just don't assume no one will know you crapped yourself.
  18. No, not really. If it's firm I don't mind hanging out til my diaper is wet enough to warrant removal. If it's the least bit squishy? Nope, gotta go no matter how much dry padding is left.
  19. Finally cooled down enough to comfortably enjoy a Little Pawz overnight. It's more than a little damp, but I should be able to get another good wetting in it before I clean up and get on with my day.
  20. I don't think finding them will be a problem. I want to see what the craft store has, just haven't been there in a while.
  21. Yeah, that's what I'm looking for. I thought I had a couple sheets of different colored hearts about that size but I can't find them.
  22. Ever poo in the potty and wish you'd done it in a diaper or pull up instead? As I've mentioned I'm not big on messing myself. I do love the feel of pooping in my diaper or pull up while I'm in the act - but once I'm done I don't like the feel of it on my bottom if it's the least bit mushy, don't like the smell, and I really despise cleanup. I don't mind a nice firm poo on occasion, though, and sometimes when I do one of those in the potty I wish I'd been wearing a diaper instead. Just happened tonight, actually, and I knew it was going to be pretty solid but I wasn't wearing a diaper, because it's too dang hot, and I didn't want to put one on just to poo and have to dispose of it mostly dry before bed. (On the flip side, there are plenty of times when I use the potty and think "dang, I'm glad I didn't do that in a diaper!" as well!)
  23. Okay, I tried it after reading this, but I think it smells kinda gross. I like the calming one, though; I got the lotion and the bath wash and it's so nice.
