so like, this was obviously exaggerated for tabloid reporting but I'm still having a hard time wrapping my head around... why?? Not to mention divulging or exposing people to your kinks without consent is a huge violation of their boundaries. There is absolutely no reason employers, family, or anyone outside of a relationship or kink group should know you're a little, full stop.

I did a two-week challenge once but haven't tried pushing myself any farther than that. It definitely gives me a better appreciation for the people who don't have a choice when I go longer than a few days.

Sometimes! I wore to bed long enough for a while that I had a couple instances of involuntary wetting without waking up, but cut back after that for a while because I wasn't ready to commit to full-time wearing. Oddly now I've started dreaming about needing to pee and even felt like I was going in my sleep but had to wake up and consciously let go.

I personally prefer a thick, fluffy diaper for any length of wearing. The extended absorbency is just an added bonus. :D I usually change sooner than 12 hours because I don't mess and it feels silly putting a wet diaper back on after using the toilet but I have worn them that long without leaking or needing to change.

Hanging organizer in the closet, although I like the idea of having an underbed drawer/organizer and may switch to that in the future.

I've tried both and I was highly unimpressed with the Abenas. The Northshore Megamax is every bit the equal of a "premium" abdl diaper... thicker plastic than the Abenas, better smell containment, the material doesn't clump, the fit and capacity are amazing, and you can actually unfasten and adjust the tapes on the landing zone. They are a little spendy compared to the Abenas but not as much as some of the abdl brands, and well worth the price imo.

I wondered if I was or wasn't ace for a long time after coming out as trans until I finally settled on demisexual. Ironically it took meeting someone who made it past the "demi barrier" who I did wind up becoming sexually attracted to before I realized that I could experience physical attraction if the conditions were right. ❤️ Romantically I identify as bi but I'm like 95% attracted to women and femmes. ❤️

Interesting getting to revisit this a couple of years later! I was really into ageplay/age regression for a while and started going to munches, joined a Little Scouts chapter, and played with the idea of finding a mommy/caregiver (or even being a mommy/caregiver!) but after a year or so I started losing interest and kind of fell out of it. But I'm more into diapers than ever, and would love to be a full-time wearer if life circumstances permitted.

Diapers are primarily a comfort object for me but I still wet them from time to time. Messing is a hard no for me as it's, well, a mess to clean up.

^^ this. Amazon is also an okay source but you can almost always find them cheaper direct from the manufacturers. I would also recommend Northshore diapers to anyone who wears Abena M4s, as they're a superior product in every way (they're more absorbent, don't clump, suppress odor better, and aren't as noisy, for starters.) My next favorites are the Dottie Pride and Rearz Princess, though those can be a little spendy.

These look exactly like Tena pull-ups, right down to the purple back indicator at the waistband. I tried some when I saw them for sale at Target and they're okay for a pull-up.

I experimented with Depends and some other cheap adult diapers for a while in my 20s but didn't really get hooked or try "real" diapers until a couple of years ago... now the only thing keeping me from wearing full time is life circumstances. :)

For me the "seed" was planted when I was forced to wear a diaper as punishment when I was a smol so... if I had been allowed to keep wearing them after that I never would have stopped. ?

If you're not powdering up before you get padded, you're asking for diaper rash... and nothing is as sad as having to go out of diapers for a few days to let a patch of diaper rash clear up.

I've learned to meet people through friends (always have an extrovert in your friends circle ) and let them act as the creep filters. The one abdl couple I know irl I met through my bestie after I came out to her and lamented that I had no one locally to share it with. When it comes to public spaces I don't f*** around. I work in uniformed public safety so people are generally respectful to me when I'm in uniform at work. On my own time, when I'm at a club or other social event (I do a lot of anime conventions) a cold shoulder or a hard scowl is usually enough to put the creeps off. If they persist I very firmly and directly tell them to f*** off. And, when it inevitably happens, if they make threats or persist beyond that I introduce them to my personal protection, details withheld.

I don't really have a singular moment. Mine is a series of moments spread out across my life from childhood until now. When I was 4 or 5 my mom put a diaper on me to try and shame me out of having accidents while I was playing by myself... it backfired completely and I loved it, but I never actually bought or stole diapers as a kid or teenager. It was just a thing I would daydream about sometimes. When I got older I got into pants wetting as a kink and that led to me experimenting with diapers as an adult. For the longest time I would just wear and wet one to get off occasionally, whenever the urge struck, until earlier this year when I just inexplicably got the urge to wear a diaper under my clothes one day... and I loved it! I felt like I had a sexy, kinky little secret that no one else knew about. ❤️ I had known about the abdl kink/community forever but wanted nothing to do with it up until that point (actually, truth be told, I had a lot of negative and hostile phobic beliefs about the AB community,) but once I realized that I was probably a DL I joined this forum and ADISC to read peoples' stories and hopefully meet some like-minded people. I'm mostly on Tumblr now, but I still pop back in from time to time. ^^
