  1. I have them but you don't want em. They went to hell and turned into complete crap. I wouldn't pawn them off on you if my life depended on it. You'd hate me forever.
  2. Great to hear from you!!! Wondered where you've been all this time. How about an update on where you've been and doing?
  3. I signed up there early on -- but thought it was extremely regressive. Flushed it pretty quickly after discovering DD. Haven't been back since.
  4. CTDC is a relabeler and reseller. I like them a lot. Bought many pairs of plastics from them as well as clothing. Very good quality, good service although a tad bit expensive. Can't really go wrong with them. I hope they remain for a long time.
  5. Oh yeah? My gun's bigger than your gun!!!
  6. For me, diapers are an absolute necessity. I can budget for them and do have to watch the pennies disappear as I use them. Price/performance matters a it's almost exclusively Better Dry as it meets that ratio and gives me warm, fuzzy feelings.
  7. I think someone famous said "there's a sucker born every minute". And boy are we suckers (more ways than not).
  8. It's a huge distraction when on this site. It's all I think about. Not that I'd have it any other way.
  9. What the heck are Chinese pants? Who'd ever give up plastic panties?
  10. That's the $64,000 question. Sit on the toilet with paper towel and/or washcloth until it stops dripping and hope for a short respite. Hopefully, you won't drip more until done, but if you do then it plops on the floor and you clean it up after diapering (or later if at all). 4
  11. Huh? Who cares if you're naked or diapered in front of the wife? What other situation would find you with this conundrum?
  12. Plastic pants do the job nicely. Much better than a condom.
  13. Nope. At the time sphincter removal and mechanical replacement were the only options -- 30 years ago. That certainly is interesting. I am curious as to how it turns out.
  14. I was a lazy parent until it became obvious that the kid(s) were holding their pee and dumping it in one big flood, which leaked all over everything including the floor. What the hell -- potty time. Potty's a lot less work and aggravation than the constant diaper changing. Kids are tough on diapers.
  15. I've had zero luck with most tapes -- masking and duct tapes do not work at all. Packing tape doesn't work either. The stuff I get is supposedly real good but in practice NOT. The only tape that seems to work is the "gorilla" brand. Most of the time I can't get the backing off (it's double sided) and just place it over the tabs to make it a replacement tab. Holy hell getting it off though -- once affixed, not going anywhere ever. Good luck.
  16. With a 35" waist, the medium fit really well. For the most part, they work very well. I find that I often exceed their capacity at night and have wet plastic pants; amazingly, the onesie also gets wet on the side but doesn't leak through to the bedding. It's a complete mystery to me how that happens. The Betterdry is my daily driver. I have other brands of diapers, but for some reason keep coming back to the Betterdry by choice. It's almost automatic and is most definitely a conscious decision. Caution: These diapers are habit forming and create dependency.
  17. Long underwear feels weird with a diaper. It is a wonky fit. I've found that snow pants work so much better. Everything is in the right place and they work really well at keeping the legs warm. Much better than the long underwear.
  18. That's just smart. Adapt to the situation. That's how to operate. You're a good boy.
  19. From weather sources and personal trials/tribulations, one inch of rain equates to 6" of snow. 3" of rain is roughly equivalent to 18" of snow. Happy trails to you!!!
  20. Congrats. You will continue to get even wetter as time wanes. Your male bladder sphincter is failing and will continue to spaz and weaken to the point that your toddler underwear will get wetter and wetter without any help from you. That's when you know you've really arrived.
  21. The snow has finally hit northern Michigan too. Temperatures are dropping and snow is accumulating. After all, it is January. We're forecast a foot in the next few days. But, the forecasters are almost always wrong and try to instill panic. We ignore them. We deal with whatever we get including soggy diapers.
  22. Agreed. Basic economics. Always thought NS were overpriced.
  23. It is Better Dry for the majority of the time. But, if usage is up, I'll substitute a Crinklz (it's just Aquanaut because I'm swimming in pee). There's claims that those two diapers are essentially the same and I'd have to agree. I have InControl Hybrid Elite for special occasions. I'm sure there's a Rearz equivalent (but have no idea what it is). The Elite is probably the best diaper I've seen and is el primo. Too expensive for daily use, but if I was wealthy...
  24. Me too. 24/7 with and without diaper. Without is the best. Plastic diapers are good too.
