Hello i myself have been depressive for 2 years. I changed alot in my life i triggered myself to teach me new stuff alot, i also changed my diet which made me feeling alot better. Also working out helps alot and meditation. I hope you will find a point in your life where you are fully satisfied. Keep your head up!

Tena is a very popular brand of the diaper industry. I myself prefer printed diapers i like how they look and they hold alot. I understand you can't just let it order to your house but if you let it be dropped off at a post office u have 7 days to pick it up. When nobody is home you could pick the package up from the postal office. Btw are you DL/AB? Edit: I never wore a Tena diaper.

A good punishment is when changing diaper just put the changed diaper ontop of the new one you can do this with multiple diapers

I always waddle alot when im wearing a diaper more when im wet and alot when im messy. I sometimes pretend i can only walk a few steps
