I do not wear 24/7, but as soon as I get used to wearing diapers my sphincter gets used to it very quickly and my bladder empties itself without doing anything. I think if you relax and wear diapers all the time, you get used to it quickly. But you probably can't get used to complete incontinence.

We had a nanny at home, she lived in the same house as us. After a few wet nights, she put me in front of the family and insulted me violently. She discussed with my parents and said that I need diapers again. My parents didn't mind and my sisters laughed at me. She sewed on the sewing machine from old fabric, big diapers and from old rubberized fabric, she made over trousers for me. In the evening I had to lie down on the chest of drawers which she had covered with a heavy old hospital rubber. She pulled my legs far back until my backside was well visible and then I got an extensive smack on my backside until it glowed red. I screamed like a little child but she did not stop. Then she stuck me in the diapers and rubber panties. From then on I had to sleep every night in diapers. My two sisters raised me therefore and told it to all in the neighbourhood.

During the day I usually wear BetterDry diaper pants with thick plastic pants or latex rubber pants with tight leg ends. At home and especially at night, I wear cloth diapers with a terry cloth cover. On top a rubber bloomer and then a rubber slip-on panty. Sometimes also a whole body made of plastic. In hotels I wear the BetterDry with various plastic panties. And I put a plastic sheet into the bed.

I have normally two pairs. One Large cover and fits also thicker diapers, then a Medium on top that keeps everything tighter together and gives a better seal on the legs

Thats what I thought. Too bad you are so far away. I should spend my next vacations near you. Sleeping in a Hotel and declare that I am bedwetting. Did that recently in a Hotel in Hungary. They protected my bed with a plastic cover after I have asked for it... It was a challenging experiment :-)

I do wear two or three together. First one is a snap-on, then a bloomer style who goes down to my knees and on top one pullup. I feel very safe like that. No leaks guaranteed

If you want something really thick and strong I recomend real Rubber (Latex) pants from "Sealwear" or "Kinkydiapers.com"

Yes I remember when I was a boy at age 6 or so. My Godmother new also about my bedwetting. I spend a week at hers home and she was a very firm Lady. A morning after one more wet Sheets, she put me in the corner and wraped my wet sheet over my head. She forced a part of the wet sheet into my mouth like a gag.
