Daytime I just wear a pull-up and a nylon coated diaper cover, they don't sweat as much, then if you are a heavy wetter , you will just need to change more often. I do sweat in mine, and I sometimes do more sweat more than pee, but even day is different.

I have had a mild case of it for about 20 yrs, and never had to have any surgeries I am very thankful. But not eating things like nuts etc, they have a list to be careful about. I have too many other issues to worry about, trying to eat the stuff that I don't need, if you cut back on the bad things it will make you not need a surgery. Unless it's too late. And it will not have anything to do with being bowel issues.

I do enemas every nite and I do it twice with about 3 qts of just very warm water. I do it into the toilet. I have not been tough enough to try it into a diaper. I have wanted to do it , but just afraid to have a big mess. I would have to try it in the bathtub...... My enema is because I have hemmroids and that has been my real solutions and my Dr has been ok with it. Before people decide it's not ok. I have had a bunch of butt surgeries to get rid of them, and they come back. But I do most of the time make fun out of them........

You know I am not going to keep debating this any longer for one I don't like you bad mouthing things I say. I DID Not leave the repair industry for any reason of not being able to get parts the parts supplies were plentiful . The replacement parts were china . But back when Japan made electronic items if you compare those items to the china crap I still have Nice stereos made in Japan over 40 yrs old and all I have done in that time was add a few parts you say are not available? and that Repair? was only a few years ago. If I wanted to keep working in the Repair back then I could have but at a lower income than I was a year before, because like I said in the post a VCR was sold for $25-50. I can't compete and pay my bills on repairs say you are charging $50 an hr to repair an item and now the customer can but a new one for only the labor??? yeah it's junk but they don't care. That's why I left, I can still get all of the parts I would ever need if I want to charge $5 an hr or less , and you do know a company doing a service has to make money or they are gone, as are almost all of the local TV Repair shops on this end of the of the US. Anyhow i Hate the people that trash an item because they don't want it all stuff needs to be recycled not trash like you say. And if I was to slam all PC's the way you are slamming Apple I would be as bad as you. Apple has had problems since Steve died, but they are still way way better than a PC. And if you want an unsafe program or game then go with the manufacturer that will not care what you use on it. Apple will have to test all programs games etc before they are owed to use, and if you want to use the ones not tested on an Apple they have ways, you can do what many people do hack it, but you take the chance of your computer getting hacked and all of your privacy blown. All computers are at risk, but Apple cares still about trying to keep us users safe. And I spent way too many yrs using a PC 10 hrs a day, And the company researched and tried to get quality PC's but they crashed all the time. PC made my job longer than it should have been. And the trucks they repaired was not out of any loyalty to keeping them, It was no matter how much the repair costed the truck had to be kept for a certain mileage 130k. Even if it costed 300 thousand bucks they would have kept it, and thats what the big boss said thats why they are out of business for many choices like that. And I should have never even commented on this thread because I am on here for fun not for this crap. DONE

Yeah my wife has problems keeping hers below 200, with meds. But you know 20 yrs ago 130 was an ok glucose. My first wife couldn't keep her's below 500 even without any food at all. And my first wife had that and other issues her whole life. I don't have any teeth left due to oral cancer, and no way to ever get any teeth. So a lot of my foods are higher in carbs than I need. with constant choking, I can't chew but I have had choking from my mouth and throat damaged from radiation, they tried to stretch my throat a few times, So I figured if mine is never over that then it has to be ok. I can't afford drink protein drinks and grinding up food sucks we have tried it all.

I get it that China saw us complaining and they can make a cheaper product, it will not last but John Q public says ok it's cheaper..... Toyota has been a great manufacture until now they tried to make an affordable car for kids and some of them now are made in China. As long as you buy a Toyota made in Japan or in the USA, they built a few factories here back somewhere before 2010. We had a Toyota made in CA. It held up very well to their name. Since I worked in the oil industry for a long time and the company kept buying trucks made here. One of mine was a chevy and in the 3 yrs before they finally dumped it , that truck costed the company much more than they paid for it ,in the constant repairs, the as a company were getting tired of the trucks breaking Down, I believe chevy lost it after the 1970's. When the company went to Fords those were really made good, and it made me not sure, if I hadn't already bought the Tundra I was thinking about the Ford, so I do think some US companies are seeing the issue and trying to win us all back. Now Apple did lose some faith in me after Steve died, The people that took over has caused a lot of problems. But it will take a Lot to make me ever us a PC over a MAC . Anyhow we can go back and forth about all of the crashes bad CEO decisions that the next CEO has to try and save the company's.

What is crazy is my blood sugar has not been over 130 and I don't take meds for that. Mywife takes all kinds of meds for it, and she hasn't had feet issues etc, , am thinking my feet are more related to my neck and back and pain meds? Maybe? I have not been asked to have my Air checked, on my pat blood panels I never stay it . So they may not be too worried ? since I am listed as chronic pain patient .

I left the TV repair field 20 or so yrs ago because I say the hand writing on the wall repair shops were failing, and etc etc. I went to the oil electrical for twice the money. And am now another 20 yrs I am old and disabled . I do say the manufactures have created the whole issue of when the TV etc dies don't fix it there is competition and then why pay to fix if a new item is soo cheap. If the states had a better recycling system then the parts can be used to sell used items. And you we are heading to a trash crash I don't disagree . But when it's still soo cheap the people are not thinking ahead. I agree gone is the day of the Fixit shop like on the Andy TV show. I would like nothing better than to even as a disabled guy to have my own Fixit shop, fix toasters, irons, TV's anything and everything , But with crap coming from China not many people still think like that I really like that old item and would really rather fix it even it it cost more than new to fix. If anyone is thinking about their grandchildren then they are lying to themselves . I have no disagreement with that stuff. If we stopped China from shipping all things that we can fi ? into our country Then we as USA would have no choice but to fix everything . And to add to the parts caps etc that fail, if we had caps Made in the USA as the old ones I have replaced caps that were over 30 yrs old how is this bad???

Drugs are abused a lot but also a needed thing with chronic pain.

My Dr has been inside more than every 5 yrs, and no issues yet, he has done many many surgeries repairing my Hemorrhoids , and I told him yrs ago I am done with them, I will make it soft enough to get it out and his only issue has been that my colon may lose the natural ability to poop natural, and I am not young, so yeah it takes a few hrs at nite to get cleaned out and again only water. I never poop the rest of the day, I have had problems pooping for sooooooo many yrs that a good water enema is the best answer for me. I am also for about 6 yrs now on morphine etc narcotics 24/7, they will only make my poop much harder to get out. He will be looking inside again in a few months so if there is any problem then I will hear. One thing in the first 5 or more yrs he had concerns about my every nite enemas. But he has not seen any problems.

You are correct our salvation is the most important thing we can leave with. And when we make bad choices and we will, and mistakes we will,, we repent and pray, and get back on track. If anyone thinks they are above making mistakes or bad choices they will never make it. I don't know what made me Love pee smells any part of it, but thats part of who I am....

Well I do agree on some of your points. I am an Apple only household . I have a lot of older Mac's I use them for different purposes I don't think if an Apple computer is still being used every day some of mine are 24/7 that it was made to fail. I do think a lot of stuff is however made to fail. I did TV etc repair for over 20 yrs . I have old 1930's radios that still work, I have 1950's Tvs that still work. But some things like a TV old is analog and new is digital, makes it harder to use. I have repaired things way back from the tube days and I still have maybe 400 tubes. However new Tv's like the flat screen are not worth a repair. I run our main TV 24/7 and they will last 3-5 yrs and I will just trash it and buy new, like most people . I left the repair field yrs ago when a VCR came down to a $25 thing. I did repairs and I remember some home VCR's that the repair was $600. I fixed Umatic 1" tape size VCR's and the repairs on some were way over a $1000.00 . I am of the older lost generation of FIX it.

You say the feet are first?? what will be the signs of the feet if any? I have dealt with my feet being what I call numb pain for 5 plus yrs. I have neck and back issues, I have been disabled since 2016, I mean I can still do stuff, but when I do very much I live in much much more pain for several days. I am wandering if also the narcotics will make it hard to pee? I have all or none with pee. I have tried to relax my bladder for some time. But I can't even got to a public restroom when I do it'd dribbles no matter how hard I try, and my prostrate is good at least that's what my Dr has said. My feet have issues 24/7

My enemas I do out of need every nite, I am up to a 4qt bag and I use most of it and repeat it so I get cleaned out. I used to use baby soap, but I have gone to just very warm water. I don't want a gushing I have had hemorrhoids for ever, I am a little bit afraid to try it in a diaper?? I am not sure a diaper will hold that much. See I use that time for my personal sex time, since my wife and I have both had cancer, we haven't been able to have sex together in over 12 yrs. But we work it out. Anyhow I play on a water proof mattress while I am doing my enema. But as one of your questions wanting a more solid poop,? with only very warm water you will have some solid poop.

I m sick too I guess, I have always LOVED the pee smells old and dried up mattress and stained pee. I have Loved the pee smell all my life. I was about 10 yrs old when I realized I got hard as a rock when I got undressed and rolled all over in my 2 brothers bed, I would sneak in when everybody was out of the house, and wrap up in the still wet sheets and un protected old mattress, I didn't know what getting hard was then, but I was in Love, and still Love the pee smells. If my wife was into it I would have the whole house smell like a bedwetter house. A note I know you use cloth diapers. I have made a compromise , I take a disposable diaper and put cloth in between my skin and the chemicals of the diaper. I save on laundry. I haven't done much poop yet. I didn't care much for the cleanup. But sounds like you have fun messing.

I do think they made a lot of the diapers better back when the plastic back was the norm. But the cheap ones want you to buy more so they make them not hole as much and then it will leak., And if you bought that same brand now it will not hold no were near what fun you had then. I Love to wear mine to the max I do wear a day time pant protect pant, I am glad. Because I had on a dependable pull up yesterday and I peed a lot more than I realized I had split the side open, and if I could have had the time to play....... I love to hump that Gell it's nice.

I guess we have to get rid of all the cows? Do you know the cow poop is way worse on the ozone than all of the cars. The methane is one of the biggest things destroying the ozone, So we kill all the cows, get rid of all the cars trucks etc, even trains busses, etc. And don't let it storm because lighting strikes a lot and the particulates are hurting everything . But God made the storms to water forests. And lighting to clear out the dead trees, so the seed of the pine trees etc can drop and get rain and build a new forest. We can't live or do a lot without oil. Oil is not just for cars, the oil in a lot of the fields out in the Calif area, like Kern county is used for making clothing, plastic, etc. I guess we can go back to caveman days and save the ozone. I no we need to do something but too many people get on the band wagon and support stuff that they don't know anything about..

I am not a person that goes for all of this climate change I have been around a lot of yrs and all they want to do is get rid of oil and that will mean you will have no clothing no plastic at all, and have to park all the cars on the road, even the electric cars, you will not have any electric to recharge the cars....... It may get warm but it is a thing that happens, we may have a hundred or more yrs between a major temp change but it is history. people freak out about a 20 deg temp change

I have heard the diabetic issue making a person incontinence worse, or causing it. what kind of test will they do to test the nerve damage? I think my issue is weak muscles but I started with dribbles over 10 plus yrs ago, and I have a hard time getting to the restroom to go pee, but if I use the restroom I will have to go really bad but most of the time get dribbles even on my pants, just very weak stream, but my prostate is ok so far. Some of the weak stream can be pain drugs? I am on 24/7 My wife is diabetic and she pee's 10 times a day, I wish I could get her to wear diapers but she is not into it. Well I have heard stories about the testing being very uncomfortable and some pain ??

I really agree for the most part we are in charge of our body. If it's not life threatening then we can say to the Dr I am gonna do something else, or get advice from a different Dr. I don't like the power that the pain management Dr's have over me or anyone , Mine will make changes for the most part when I say I don't want a drug, and change me to something else , within reason.

I wear mine till they leak, and my nite diaper is usually 4 diapers I trim off the edges and stack them in a cheap XL , I make slits in the bottom of each layer, and put a baby blanket, the real nice thin ones they are about 2ft square, that folded up makes a nice thick cloth topper, then the disposable layers will will soak up my pee for about 12 hrs. I have to buy mine so I do a lot of second hand and my online ones are the cheap brands. But I still wear till they leak, so I get my money out of them.
