Mike, you have made more genuine friends here than most people ever meet other people in a lifetime. The nature of internet communications is virtual, but we are more than than here. All the realt-time in-person friends that I've made from my munch group efforts stem from you work here at DD. You have the finest AB/DL website in the world. None of us can stop being the way we are. All of us need to find each other, its finally happening in historical terms and DD is such a miracle in this respect - sometimes its all too damn large for us to comprehend. The older ones kinda do. Basically "our family" here at DD would not have happened if you had not put in all the blood, sweat and tears to build and maintain DailyDiapers and I know this is not your only baby. It impresses the shit out of me constantly! I hope to meet you at some point if you're willing. You are a brother to me, long lost but hopefully not for always. Hearing of your pain makes me feel sad indeed - but I'd rather hear about it than not hear about it. I care! More than that, we all do care! We love you man. Dear Littles, ABs, Diaper Lovers, and Bigs over in Philadelphia and Pennsylvania: Tommorrow night (Dec. 3rd) NJ Littles will be having a Munch with over ten people who've RSVPd - there may be more coming as well. This will be a bigger Munch with many new people coming. I'm very excited about it - this doesn't usually happen on the East Coast but it will likely be the third largest Munch we've yet had. The record is 20 people - we've done that twice! Its one-hundred miles away from you but so what - Its Worth It! There's train access, we pick up and you get to meet others you can call real friends afterwards. We do have one person coming in from Bethlehem and another coming in from central PA and others travelling as well. Now for the really fun announcement: On Saturday, January 22nd NJL is having it's second annual 'We-HOP' Munch in Somerset (close to Rutgers University with Train Access to North Brunswick Station) which you can get to by train and we pickup and return. Munch is at 1pm at IHOP in Franklin Park (part of Somerset)on Rte 27. Afterwards there will be a Private 'Pull-up Party' at my apartment less than a mile away. This is for people I know personally. This is an adult Pull-up Contest for those who want to compete to see if they are indeed ready for pull-ups otherwise its a "Diaper Party" for those who prefer that. Mommy says any diapered people MUST wear plastic panties to protect the furniture and each other and that they must be polite at all times. Daily Diapers recently put up a functioning MEMBERS MAP and its' gotten a huge response! There are several ways to go with this very cool new option. Its sweeping our ranks like wildfire - there are almost three hundred new markers in just a couple of months time. You can see the whereabouts of people you've either read about, chatted with/ friended and perhaps even may have met in real time. Friends are highlighted so you finally have an idea where they might live. I say might becasue one does NOT have to give one's exact address - locations may be generalized (by state), localized (by local area) or even nailed down to the exact street. For example, I am trying to meet as many like-minded people as I can (assuming they are willing) which is why you will find me here on this map. If one were to drive to this exact location (my apartment building parking lot) I can walk there to meet you without having given my precise address. This is the ultimate in versatility, for those who are fed up with being isolated, but don't wan't to expose themselves to undue attention. I might easily change this to the local coffee shop if I want. Not all DD Members are represented on the DD Member Map! I'm not demanding that one put one's self on the DD Member Map - it is merely a friendly suggestion. Everyone has reasons for doing what they do. This is understandable and requires no explanation. We respect everyone's right to privacy here. However if you want to feel a sense of "belonging" and are interested in making some really good friends this is a FANTASTIC way to let others know what state/ province/ locale you are from, in the hope of possibly picking up a new virtual or real-life friend. Or, you can do what we at NJL do - we're running with the tools that 'Daily Diapers' offers (Forum, Events calendar, Members Map) and actually meeting up with and really getting to know dozens of people. The map helps us plan good meet-up locations based on where the majority live and it lets us invite those who might be interested. THE NEW JERSEY DD MEMBER MAP COUNT IS CURRENTLY: 7 The latest US Census shows that New Jersey, one of the five most densely populated states, has am approximate population of 8.6 million, up from 8.6 million in 2006. Current Map results seemingly indicate that diaper lovers are "one in a million". We here at New Jersey Littles speculate, based on local interaction and much reading over time that the general Diaper Fetishist population is somehwere around one in ten thousand people, conservatively. If this were so, "in a perfect world" the Member Map might show a NJ population of between eight hundred fifty to nine hundred. Given that only one percent of this number may be members of Daily Diapers (again conservative) this would indicate the real-time meetup potential here to be about eighty-five to ninety individuals - in New Jersey alone. We think that the DD Member Map should indicate eighty-five to ninety members in NJ alone. So far New Jersey Littles has met-in-real-life and gained about three-dozen Members in the past eighteen months, about one-third of which reside in the state of New Jersey, the rest being from Pennsyvania, New York State and Connecticut. We know we can do better and we will! Our goal is to try to reach at least one hundred and fifty people in the next two years. HOW CAN ONE HELP? Many begin by lurking about, often with duplicate and/ or empty profiles, occasionally reading and perhaps adding comments in threads and seeking the attention of others via the status column. However, if one wants to do something that might be of real help to the general population herein one might contribute some original posts. One can put oneself on the new DD Member Map - in order to help all of us collectively understand who we really are in terms of a community. One might even make a contribution toward the expenses of hosting this website - after all, Daily Diapers is probably one of the best values ever for a diaper lover. One might even reach out to the social scene and from a munch group. These are some things each of us can easily do to thank the founder especially for having given us eleven years worth of 'Daily Diapers' for free good will. Sorry I'm late to this party girls. To pampers girlie my answer it GOOD GOD YES My earliest, and most impactful memory is when I was the age of three and a half. I used to wear cloth diapers and they would put me in rubber panties too, at night only though. This would have been right around the time the parents were desparately trying to potty train me. I recall we were both put to bed for the night (adjacent rooms - me: bed - she: crib) and they went off to another part of the house. I got out of bed, went into sisters room and woke her up. Glad to read your post. Its about time someone said something here! I can't make it out then, but you're invited to come to any NJL Munch you might like to come to. Also, Buggie runs the South Jersey Littles Round-up (see on FetLife.com) and you might also want to meet up with them. Please don't give up and please keep trying. PA is sometimes as slow as NYC but there are definitely ABs, DLs and other Littles there. I know some of them personally. So keep trying on this forum and sooner or later someone will respond to you. Its a pain but its the truth - it takes a little work but its worth it! Glenn

Me not tellin!

Although times are still tight, this hasn't stopped me. In fact, things AB/DL and Little in my life have super-novaed. Thanks to all the wonderful people who've come out to my invitations to partake of the New Jersey Littles Munch. This isn't a brag, just want to relate how much fun I'm having! Yep, I wear more (24/7 discreetly of course) and no-one notices. I've done all of the things in question two and I've chatted to hundreds of online people, have met thirty-five new AB/DL and Ageplaying friends over the eighteen munches held since July of '09, and have had a few fun playdates (nothing naughty!). Yes, I've spent many many hours online and planning, promoting and traveling. Sure it costs money to do all these things, duriing a time when others would have quit. I mean to say, we had to sell our house and are now paying rent, we are down to a single income, and have only one (down from four) vehicles and times are super tight. Yes, alot of these things cost money. Sure I've spent hundreds on food, gas, and fun activities but I don't regret any of it for one minute. Yep, me is smilin'. Lots!

A quick last min. check on this thread for anyone doing the same, Mommy and I will see you soon. Theres at least five confirmed to be coming (Kikee, Kent from FetLife) and several More undecided, as well as several more (including some real LGs who were invited by Word of Mouth) so it should be a fun time. We're meeting up with 'Squishy' and others at River Horse Tour, going inside around 3:45 since its a self-guided tour and we have lots of time. After the tour we'll check out the in-brewery 'Store', then mosey over to Lambertville to walk around before the munch. Its a nice day but brisk, dress warmly and do wear your comfy diapers if you are a DL or AB, remember "No Pacifiers" at any munch. Also, please no dirty diapers (NJ Littles don't stink!), there'll be restrooms if you need to change (we understand). I'll be wearing my AB Pride pin (go to www.LittlesMunch.com to see what the pin looks like-see links to Littles Pride symbol.) There are also members from FetLife.com (Kikee and Kent) coming. We will be on the lookout for newbies both at the brewery and from 6:40pm until 7pm at the door at Lambertville Station Pub, then we'll be inside the pub after that. The pub is downstairs I believe. We will ask for a booth so we have some privacy. Come have a fun time with us and enjoy, this is an opportunity to meet others who have similar interests in a Non-judgemental atmosphere. C U there! December Munch looks to have even more than TEN people coming, I'm guessing around fourteen to twenty people, so spread the word to anyone else who might want to be there!
