Hi thanks for all the replies. I'm incon so wear all the time. I do air out and shower daily. I wear tena ultima as my go to nappy and megamax at night. It is a fungal infection according to the Dr. It just seemed to take over very fast. The prescription cream is a 3 in 1 fungal/bacterial and steroid. Also strong anti histomines to help calm the itch (that become to sore to itch) Its calmed down lots in the last 48 hours but I've got plenty of cream left so will continue to use it. I always use a barrier cream and change often. I know the airing out (currently sat here on a pad doing just that) maybe it just got me down a little it seems to be a constant reoccurring issue. Thanks for all your help

I had to go to the emergency doctor on sunday night. I have had the worst nappy rash I've ever had. And I've had more than my fair share. Prescription of some fancy cream and strong anti histomine. Its been a continuous battle for a couple of years now. Its driving me insane. Any tips or suggestions to keep it at bay this time?

I agree. I too wore nappies in public as a child and teen (to an extent) Many a summer we would be in a park or on the beach and I'd just be told to strip off. The same as kids who didn't wear nappies would and run around in thier undies/knickers. I spent many a day on the beach in nothing more than a nappy till i started high school aged 11 No one battered an eyelid as far as i was aware. Public changing areas etc when i was a young teen no issues. Wearing in public is only taboo because we in part make it that way. Like others have said speedos and bikinis are now the norm for continent people why not nappies for incontinent people...

Do it. Make sure you wipe every change and shower daily. If your soaked or slightly wet change after a couple of hours. Be discreet. Drink plenty of water.

Loads of times. From basic appointments. To standimg in nothing but my nappy. X rays and scans with open back gowns. No one battered an eyelid.

Having got some of the megamax released this weekend there's no way an American would want to try a European nappy ? Abu. Tykables and rearz are all north American. European wise the only ones worth having are a couple of nru brands that are made just like rearz and tena ultima but compared to megamax they are like napkins ?

Maybe that's part of his mental health issues. Have you ever once thought that he's saying he doesn't have an issue but he actually does? Get off your high horse Absolutely agree Being medically certified and having a court order in the uk is not the easiest thing to achieve. More often than not those that need that level of help often don't get George is going to say he faked it blah blah blah. Who knows anyone locked up in a mental health hospital with a court order that actually believes its the best thing for them?

Yep nothing better than plodding round the house in a night time nappy in the morning. Nappy and vest in the summer outside catching the early morning rays with a coffee.... What happens happens. Many a time i leak on the decking.. And of course the inevitable #2 from the coffee
