Try, as I have done to solve some problems, "Shut Down" completly, even if it means pulling the plug, then start. At first chance hit "reboot." Silly as it seems, the shutdown, start, then reboot procedure has cleaned a bunch of problems for me. On Firefox too. Keep us updated.

Last first. Almost all photo programs have ways to reduce sizes to fit posting requirements, check yours. I use Webshots on this desktop and used that and another easy one, whose name I can't recall, on my out of service laptop. Don't think I have to say, but after editing the 'big' pic, save the reduced as (Photo Number)"b" so you retain both. The OP hasn't been here since January 29th and a couple others since early March. BEST to you!! If you were anywhere near MI, I'd be down to your lot very soon with cash for a Jeep. Yes, cash, the last three cars, two used Jeeps and a '65 Plymouth cruiser, have all been paid for in cash. Just something great about paying 'cash' for cars instead of dealing w/fianceing. In retrospect, the first Jeep in '96 or so, was probably a bit stupid, as we sat in the showroom cubicle of the salesperson that had a big outside window and counted out about 10g's in cash.

Thanks all! Learned a lot today, mostly nomenclature, along with what some can do w/bikes. I have one 'mountain' bike and two 'racing style(?)' bikes, that I don't ride much. Should ride more. lol Hehe, getting to the 'grey hair' age where my next bike will be either a pedal trike or a quad/trike electric scooter. A friend has several usable bikes that he, SO, and their kids ride, but he also has somewhere between 50-100 "fixer uppers" that he needs to fix, sell, and or give away. Side note; it's amazing what people throw out or give away on Freecycle sites, like fully functional bikes and other stuff. (How do you think he got most of those bikes? ) I got my mountain bike by dumpster diving at a self storage facility.

Re-read the whole thread. Noticed it was started in January 2009. No big deal as people stayed on subject and there was not unrelated 'necro' posting. Anyway, just curious, what did Naruto Uzumakido do to get the 'guest' status? Age, bad posts? We can't access profile so there are no clues. PM will suffice if mods don't want to post publicly. (And I won't.) I often wish I knew the reasons for 'guest' and 'banned,' but know most are none of my business, unless I happen to catch the 'guesting' or 'banning' post by mods. This one caught my interest as s/he asked for a change then, sometime between then and now, went to guest.

Only if you do as Lightingxiii/ItchyTasty did and permantly list your former name in the sig line. (My opinion, I have no control over it.) I never thought of you as a stoner since 'dude' has been in use too long and refers to anyone. This name changing could get out of hand for many reasons. I tend to agree with owners of most forums that I'm on that name changes are only allowed for major reasons such as a name that referred to a job and one changed jobs or retired, etc. On one forum they wouldn't let a couple people change names, so the 'names' closed their accounts and opened new ones. Very confusing as they didn't list their former names and we thought who is this new one who writes like ....? My nickel's worth, that's two cents adjusted for inflation.

Just caught this part. Fiberglass is what the name implies, it is spun glass, made much like cotton candy. The fibers can break and become very tiny 'slivers' that can penetrate the skin and be hard to find & remove. Trust me, I've worked with fiberglass enough to know that even a good soapy shower sometimes can't get it all off and have itched for days. (Mostly arms as I didn't wear long sleeves.) OSHA chimes in too, from a 2005 report; See Owens-Corning, OSHA, and even Wikipedia for more info. Hopefully, as you implied, it is a fantasy as I wouldn't wish that on my second worst enemy... the worst... uhumm.. maybe.

Well put diaprbayb. Some of the nagging back of the mind questions I've had since I first saw the OP about 6-7 hrs after it was posted. For the time being, I am accepting 'her' post at face value, although I am also skeptical until the questions are answered.
