It depends on how far into the roleplay you want to go. Some couples go to work and have a normal life outside of the house but whenever they're inside it's 24/7 baby/mommy mode, but others just occasionally play with their ABDL or mommy side. You'll have to ask him first if he wants to play all the time or just whenever he's feeling in the mood for it. It just depends on the person everyone is different. I don't know any other ABDL couples personally but with my girlfriend and I it's just an occasional thing between us. And even rarer still is it a sexual thing. I love getting the extra attention and care from her. For instance the sexual part I get out of the whole thing is it's a turn on for me to get breastfed and talked to lovingly and my hair rubbed, ect. I'm not sure how it is with other couples but the ABDL is more of a foreplay for us, and when we actually have sex we go back to being regular adults I guess you could say?

Now I have the daunting task of explaining what my mysterious fetish is. I feel like I've been forced to bring it up soon now that she's read some of the things and has started assuming the worst. (She wondered out loud if I like to have sex with children, I want to have sex with my REAL mother, ectect) So I need some advice as to how to tell her that it is NOT about actual incest or pedophilia.
