  1. Many companies ship by UPS, FedEX, etc. They will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. A better idea is to find a UPS Store. Gives you a street address along w/a box number, and they will sign for if needed.
  2. I checked cream, but that is only if it's going to be a long session, like a couple days. Normal everyday changes it's nothing or powder.
  3. Preparation, preparation, preparation....Desitin is best, followed by Vaseline, powder is further down unless only using for a few hrs. Desitin is creamy and sticks. It can be messy so I use one of those bulk rubber/neoprene gloves (found at any hardware store). After using, just pull it off inside out and you still have a clean hand to finish diapering.
  4. That picture has been around the net for 5 yrs or more. In other discussions, some think it was staged to get attention. Still funny every time I see it.
  5. True, but only to a point. Under a stressful shooting, one does not count shots. Police studies have been done asking both police & civilians, how many shots did you fire? Often the answer is 3-5, but the study will show they emptied the full 10-11 round magazine. The other advice above is excellent, NEVER TALK TO THE COPS WITHOUT YOUR LAWYER PRESENT!!! Name, address, driver's license, then you are too upset to make statement until you see your lawyer. Then shut up, no trivia talk, etc. .
  6. Things were getting odd a week and a half ago, body wasn't normal and I had pressure around the heart area plus other problems. Came to a head Sunday when a couple more things happened. Checked WebMD* and my symptoms matched 6 or 7 of 10 signs it could be an impending heart attack. Couldn't sleep that night. Called the doc in the morning to ask if I should come in or go to ER. He sent me to ER. Fortunately, not a heart attack, just several other problems including malnourishment from not eating properly. Got bags and bags of stuff by IV. They would not let me eat as they wanted me empty to do stomach, liver, & pancreas scans. Got a full heart/ chest ultrasound scan, as well as many other probings and prodding. Drew blood every day, sometimes twice. The first few days I was ambulatory enough to use the 5 wheeled IV unit as a crutch to get back & forth to he bathroom. One night, I must haven been too drugged and fell flat on my face. I woke in the morning to find a fresh hospital diaper on me (I had been wearing my own that i wore to there but didn't use it as I could get to the john.) and an alarm tether that would sound if I tried to get out of bed. Was nice having beautiful nurses changing my diaper for a couple days. I am on five different drugs now, three once a day, one twice a day, and one every 8 hrs. Don't know if fit's the drugs or leftovers from the IV's, but I still a bit woozy and am using a cane so I don't fall. *FYI, Warning; WabMD is info and some advice only. Some of my doctors said they list all symptoms, no matter how trivial which could confuse the average person. Use it as a guide then check with your doctor before taking further action. At least it was easy to catch up using the "view new content" button.
  7. You have no idea of how much I proofread, rewrite, and try to turn out a "perfect" post. I am of the old school where papers/posts should be "perfect" and strive for it. If you can't understand what I wrote because of a double space between words and a missing period and feel you have to criticize me for it, you have bigger problems.
  8. Since this was resurrected, let me tell a little story about our fire. We had a 60+ year old hand turned wood lamp w/two bulbs that was made by my grandfather. It was on an end table next to a bookshelf where one of the cats often slept. It apparently shorted out, catching fire, panicking the cat who then knocked it over into the couch. Smoke alarm woke us. Couch and an expensive painting above were on fire. Fortunately, it hadn't got into the wall. Grabbed a bucket of water & put out the painting. Gave us time to bring in the garden hose and put out the couch.or I should say subdue it, killing the open flames. Dragged it out in the yard, it was one of those old "over stuffed horsehair" kind. Spent the next hour ripping it open and putting out new flames as the air reached the smoldering parts. A former friend had her mothers ashes in a ceramic urn on the fireplace mantel. When her house burned to the ground the urn exploded. Try picking mom's ashes from all the rest,

    Folsom Fair 2011

What is Folsom? Where is it held? A little description of the activities, please. Sounds like a fetish fair?
  10. DiaperPony, FYI, that picture has been on the net since a few days after. It has been proven to be a photoshop job for multiple reasons.
  11. It's sad to hear almost a whole hockey team, their coaches, and friends died. :-( Sounds this was a case of lack of proper maintenance on the plane. I grew up watching live Saturday night "hockey night in Canada" with my grandfather that was broadcast on channel 9 out of Windsor Ontario. Regarding the salary issues, I am old enough to remember when (Red Wing and all other,) hockey players were not paid very much. They had to get off season jobs to survive. Gordie Howe is a friend, although I haven't seen him in years. Used to go to practices at Olympia Stadium. He told some stories on survival in those days.
  12. Actually, here in MI most businesses allow or don't care. I won't patronize stores that have "no guns" signs. I can get what I want elsewhere. True, even here, if one is discovered they can only be asked to leave. If they don't, the police can be called and the person be charged w/trespass. The point about Disney and everywhere else is that police and cameras cannot be everywhere. Cameras after the fact are pretty much useless unless they are high quality and able to identify the perp. Police have no duty to protect an individual, from a Supreme Court decision. Disney parks are large, who is wanting to say some punks don't get in and rip people off and be gone before "security" can get there? CA & FL laws are different, but I don't think any of "security" has police powers. If something goes down, they have to call the local police. Obviously, being a private company, they don't have to report incidents, but I have heard from others that have been there it happens often. The other point is that only "you" are the only one responsible for your personal security. Carry everywhere possible, crime is everywhere, one has to be prepared for any situation. I know several that made it through Disney World security carrying. Some kid tried to jack me a couple weeks ago. He changed his mind quickly when he found himself staring down the barrel of my ,44 Mag wheel gun.
  13. Never been in either park. Went to CA in fall of '66 to visit friends, (in Oxnard,) to see San Fransisco, visit Disneyland, and a few other things I hitchhiked, (really,) down the freeway from N of LA to a motel just down the street from Disneyland. (On a Sunday night, and part was walking, thumb out, through the Watts area.) Monday I tried to go and found out at that they were closed Mondays & Tuesdays. I think I hopped a bus or trolly down a few miles to Knott's Berry Farm and had a good day. We went to FL on business. Part was we had a tour bus to show us the sights. One stop was Disney world that was under construction. All they had was an auditorium style building, (and all the construction behind it,) where they showed film of how great it was going to be. About a third of the bus load opted to skip the film and sit on the front steps to watch a space launch from Cape Canaveral. Sure, I've watched many launches live on TV, including the fatal one, but it's still impressive to watch one live even though we were several miles away. Cedar Point is my park of choice, but I haven't been there for 15-20 years. I still get to see their fireworks shows from my place due N across the lake. I also hear all the firing from Camp Perry, but that's another story. Back on topic, no I do not care for how Disney has changed. Kinda side note is they will not allow legally licensed concealed pistol carriers on their property, but again, that's another story. Yes, I watched the Disney show on TV every day as a kid. Annette was my favorite but Darline(?) was close. Did Disney have an hour or longer show on Sunday nights with movies or some such?
  14. Follow glenndl's advice in post #2! Good luck.
  15. Ditto, and I'm in my mid 60's. Nixon would be a close runner up.
  16. Welcome! I like and learned to live with because I have to wear. What I'd like to know is how and when your diaper use "became public?" At your stated age of 23, who is bullying you and how? You should have learned how to handle it years ago. With only one post and not much other info, the only advice I can offer is to get into a gym/bodybuilder program and/or see a shrink to learn how to handle it. Oh yea, stay as far away from the bullies as you can. If you see them, go the other way. Create some safe areas. If you're working, that may be your boss's office, if in school, it may mean a counselors, trusted teacher, or principal/dean's office. BTW; friendly advice; one does not capitalize every word in a sentence. Side note to self; XXXXXXXX.
  17. You are correct. I searched google maps and although I-75 & US 23 are the same road there, it still follows I-75 exit numbering. The map shows exit 168 is onto E Beaver Rd. I couldn't find a specific point, but it looks like it turns into W Beaver about a mile W of I-75.
  18. With lots of preparation like using a ton of Desitin and/or Vaseline and multiple diapers soakers etc, I have been able to stay in wet & messy diapers for almost five days. Had to change drinking habits to do it. When drinking beer, I couldn't last 24 hrs before they leaked and I had to change. Now it's water, Gatorade, and an occasional shot of vodka or Jack D.
  19. Same as above, I'm glad I have a not so common last name. My ex son in laws name is something like "Mike Smith." You wouldn't believe the trouble my daughter and he ran into trying to do any "credit" purchases, including getting a mortgage to buy a house. Took weeks & months to verify he wasn't one of the many MI & across the country felons with the same name. Kinda glad they're divorced now. BTW, she is doing fine.
  20. Climax & Hell have been covered. We also have Paradise MI. Many people on other forums have listed their locations as "between Paradise & Hell." 16 Mile Rd N of Detroit is known by many names as it runs W from the lake. Metro Parkway in Macomb county, when it hits Oakland County it becomes Big Beaver Rd. I can't remember the others going west, but that doesn't matter for this post. Going N on I-75 out of Det, exit 69 is Big Beaver. Pictures of the sign are all over the web. Found one; http://www.flickr.co...phy/3202672494/
  21. I stand corrected, my info was a month old. Checked w/the single male and so far, as you said, only two people have found it and they were together doing the team find. Edited today, Sept 4, to remove certain info & names.
