    Shaver was apparently using a "holey Foley". Which is a Foley catheter modified to allow leakage down the outside of the catheter. Catheter is also shortened and plugged so the balloon will not deflate. Unfortunately, the downside is that a shortened Foley has nothing to stop it from migrating into the bladder unless some sort of tether was added. And at times a tether will not be enough.

    One of the things I like most about Snappis is the elastic effect across the front of the diaper. This helps hold it snug for me and helps keep the diaper from sagging.
