Currently a Kawaii adult pocket diaper

Sometimes. I usually drink lots of water before bed. and then I don't make it to morning.

Wearing a pocket diaper with cloth insert to work today.

Why? I have no idea. Diaper desires led to wetting desires. And if you look through my history you can see where the though of a catheter more or less terrified me. That passed eventually. 😁 But back to the why. I don't know.

Let me take another stab at this. When using a Foley catheter the urine has a direct route out of the bladder. Urine still has to reach the level of the catheter. Yes, the bladder is collapsed and does not have to fill much but the urine still needs to reach the level of the catheter to run out. And with no restriction in the catheter, urine fill the limited area in the bladder and dribbles out. Enter the home-made stent. It looks like the most successful are shaped like Spargano's, Loveable_guy ect. Which when lying on your back points up into the bladder, towards what is now the top. More urine has to build up to reach the opening of the stent. And while lying down you do not have gravity working for you. Urine has to fill the limited space in the bladder to the stent opening. Then it must build enough volume to fill the stent. And finally the urine has to build just a bit of pressure to push past the flaccid urethra. And when you stand up. Well, you know what happens. That's my theory, and I am sticking to it.

I bought a pair of these on a whim and so far I find them to be quite nice. These are not vinyl, but remind me of vinyl. (If that makes sense.) The wide covered elastics are comfortable. My only complaint is the pants are not roomy like most waterproof pants. These are cut a bit on the close fit side. But that is ok. I will probably buy more. I do not think the company is ABDL aware. That is ok to.

Cathdiap, did you receive those stents from the medical company? I don't want to use the company name over and over again and have searches lead here.

What happens when you turn the picture this way? Now then, this is someone lying on their back. (sort of, when relaxed it would not be quite the same.) The bladder end of the stent is pointing up. And the bladder has to fill (without stretching) 3/4 of the way before urine flows into the stent.

I need to save this picture.

And I will bring this up again for the European members out there. Has anyone contacted MedPro medical and tried one of these? Just wondering. No, they will not ship to the USA. And these come 10 to a box.

I did not wet the bed. But I did go through 3 disposables last night. I am still in the 3rd diaper.

That is purely up to YOU! Put it on and twirl in front of a mirror a few times to see what you think.

When my butt cheeks feel wet it is time to change.

Mostly I use the inserts that came with the pocket diapers. I find one to be enough. Sometimes I will add a folded baby diaper to just add bulk. However, that can become uncomfortable between my legs. Of course, as with anything your experience probably will be different than mine.

Those may be useful over disposables at night.

While I do not wear 24/7 I do own pocket diapers made by Kawaii Adult Care. I find the pocket diaper to be comfortable and in my case will handle 1 good wetting with out any problems. (I leak, drip and sometimes flood) You can change just the insert. Of course you have to take the diaper off to do this and have some way of storing the wet insert. I do wear pocket diapers to work, I pay attention to what my bladder is doing and empty my bladder quite often because there is no where to discreetly change. While I am at home, let the bladder leak and change when necessary. Cloth diapers can be a hassle. The rinsing, the washing and the drying, but pocket diapers are an alternative.
