Im curious: do the leak guards go all the way up or do they still just in the middle ?

well they discontinued a whole range of their plastic products, but not the m4 .. so if you were using those it seems like youre fine

Those of you who used Abena's plastic backed , what have you switched to? I was going on over a year of 24/7 and then I got a call that it would be discontinued and so I just quit wearing for a while..

Maybe TMI. TLDR at end I have IBS mixed (it goes from ultraconstipation straight to diarrhea) so yea i basically don't do anything normal without fiber.. fiber has been the lifesaver for me. Instead of going to the extremes its a lot more manageable.. but ive had that since my teens and before i actually found out about ibs a few years ago, the chronic straining has started to give me urge incontinence.. not to mention the unpredictable #2 that happen during a diarrhea bout.. Try soluble fibers (metamucil and all)

Bad adult diapers (depend/assurance et al) always have made horrible choices and its a wonder they still sell products at all. I guess in about 10-20 years when the boomers who can't use a computer to buy real products start to disappear we'll be able to have our market back. Also, every year i read about a scare of plastic diapers going to cloth backs and im still buying plastic backed diapers.. *shrug*

abena m2 or m3 during the day and some kind of undershirt, like a onesie that most people will see as a "wifebeater" i think is what they call those camisoles .. nobody will have a clue

been wearing for 4 and a half months now and I wet the bed 4+ nights a week and still have daytime control

ive been taking fiber supplement for years (like metamucil) because i can't figure out the perfect diet. sometimes .. hum.. things would go wrong, if you know what i mean. So i started wearing partly because of that, as I've said .. but now i dont know if i finally found a decent diet, or if its wearing diapers.. but i havent taken fiber in about a month.. maybe more.. nothing has gone "wrong" I am not aiming for bowel incontinence at all

yea i'd see a difference too.. its more about learning to enjoy things as they come, like Sarah said.. personally i let my inner child out when i watch a disney cartoon with my wife (who is a disney freak, but me not really) to me its just using a softer voice and being cute in day to day life with my wife. I'll start by answering some of the questions that were asked in the other threads, and thanks guys for your support, its very nice. Many people do not support people who decide to go 24/7 for whatever reason, so its nice to see people that do. so give us a little history of your wearing did you buy diapers locally while diapered? I started wearing on and off, you know, like just every once in a while for 1 diaper at a time, it took some time to find a decent diaper.. i first bought the depends pullups .. first diaper, first wetting, first leak. I just threw away that package lol. Yea i bought that one at the local walgreens, just like 2 or 3 other packs of depends overnight, those can't take that much so I started looking online. Thats pretty much it for buying diapers locally, but yea I did it, no problems with it at all. Now I get my cases on auto-order from xp medical.. Abenas are great for me so far! what was your favorite place to be diapered? In bed did you carry a man bag with spares and wipes? Well i bring a backpack around, like a school backpack, but its very nice and well made so it doesn't look bad at all. When i go to parties i put my drinks in there so i have an excuse to bring it in u know, it has a pocket inside where i put a ziploc of wipes and 1 diaper. Everywhere else I go the bag either stays in the car or just come with me cuz its "appropriate", but yea when I go out I bring a change of course. You mention your wife is the one behind your 24/7 wearing - is this something you feel ok talking about? Why is she making you wear? Your needs...her needs...?? Definitely a bit of both, forced diaper wear is more the turn on for me than the actual diaper, so thats what were roleplaying. She likes it a lot. * So after 4 months, I still wet the bed very regularly, but it seems to happen only during a certain time, that is, when i go to sleep at night during the first 4 hours or so.. If i go to sleep and take a nap during the day for example, I dont seem to be wetting the bed then, but rather immediately when i wake up. Maybe its because the sleep is deeper at night During the day things are still very concious so nothing much to say there...I dont really know what would happen if i went without diapers for a day or 2, i dont really want to find out either, but i would probably be fine i think. yea im not sure why you were being treated like that? what's your theory? you went in looking super rich? i dont get it either.

i'd like to have a daytime diaper that has the real hourglass shape in the front, not just a rectangle that follows the leak guards you know? basically the same thing in the back of the diaper but in the front. I would also like to see a system where the liquid in the front goes to the back in a better way.. unless i go #2 in them, my diapers are always only 50% used, its kind of a waste!

been wearing for a week short of 3 months now.. I had been playing with the fantasy for years of being incontinent and whatnot .. and had plenty of attempts where i didn't go past 1 week of wearing. What has changed this time? I decided to stop worrying about it. I wear them, its comfortable and convenient. I decided to pay attention about bowel incontinence however, because i found out really quick that its indiscreet and offending to others (not by experience mind you, it just became really obvious that i did NOT want to have a #2 accidents all the time in front of people) however I have had #2 accidents before I even began to wear 24/7. Before I started wearing, I had real trouble with my #2 frequency.. i would spend hours every day on the toilet from constipation or the runs.. then i put diapers on and everything seems regulated. I go to the toilet 4-6 times a day to change instead of an average of 12 times. I'm more regular. For me, thats a great advantage. Ive come to a point where I know when i'll have to go, so i can manage that very well, im not at the mercy of my digestive track anymore. as for peeing, i wet at night without waking up, it feels great. Its hard to explain, but waking up in a very wet diaper knowing that i had to really pee a lot to get to that point (compared to how much id have to pee during the day to achieve the same condition) feels good. My wife thinks im cute. she loves it. I love it as well. Whatever happens happens, i dont worry. I know the people in my house have seen my bed pads.. and sometimes my diapers sticking out my jeans.. and possibly my plastic pants hanging out in my bathroom. nobody said anything. nobody cares. In the end, its my business, and i'm getting better health because of it. since i started wearing diapers i lost 25 lbs because i'm regular.

its nice to wake up wet and whatnot and very soaked .. but it gets cold and itchy very fast .. and then i change and i like the fresh new diaper a lot better!

any1 familiar with their sizing? super super large doesnt really tell me anything. If nobody knows i'll email them. I just looooooove the onesies!
