  1. Yes I remember these bloomer style rubber panties. Years ago there was always an advert in the Sunday papers for them. when I was older and could drive I was on business somewhere up in the north of England and I sought out the seller and called on him to buy some. He operated the mail order business from his home and was nearing retirement and wanted to sell up. I only wished I'd had the money to buy it at the time. Not long after it disapeared and the ads stopped. I think the pants were made in Malaysia where a lot of rubber wear was produced at the time. They certainly beat the moulded stuff that followed because of the clever way they put the waist and leg bands on so that they gathered evenly. This must have been machine done. Maybe one day I will have a go at making some, the rubber sheeting comes in many colours and weights and can be got from the Four D Rubber company in the UK (www.fourdrubber.com/). Marcia
  2. I Sew all my own stuff here in the UK and will help anyone who wants to have a go themselves. We are not not big on prefolds over here and tend to just us terry squares. I have made the odd one or two and left the soaker just sewed at one waist band so that it can be folded out of the main nappy for drying. It's fine for you lucky guys in sunny places but prefolds take a lot of drying on damp winter days. Marcia

    CUTE BABY xx
  5. I would love to hear all about both of your early experiences. I feel cheated by the fact that I have no idea why I am a sissy but suspect it's something in my earlt childhood.
  6. Just to get back to the subject (although this is a facinating insight into the world of gender re-alingnment) It looks like a matter of physics to me so sleeping on your front might work or what about a tampax as well as the nappy?
  7. I think that it was being forced out of nappies at a very early age that made me fixated with getting back into them. So I would never try to pressure a child into giving up his nappy, it may be the wrong time if he is feeling insecure. Also what about if he/she is a diaper lover in the making? It is like forcing a child to play with tanks and guns instaed of dolls (or vice versa) because you dont want them to turn out to be gay.
  8. You should try PUL (polyurethane Laminated) waterproof pants they are really drurable and never go brittle. There is a big move towards reuable all-in-one diaper for babies and therefore a lot of PUL material is becoming available (some of it in nice patterns too) Also plastic pants tend to harden when exposed to wee wee for long periods before washing so it's best to at least wipe them over inside between changes. I have ordered some white PVC used for matresses and duvet covers and it looks like this will make up into nice soft pants that should not harden.
  9. I would second the view that if it hurts (especially afterwards) you are not doing yourself any good. I would not use anything that was totally rigid, you risk breaking blood vessels which are near the surface in that region. This is why people get hemorrhoids. Take it easy !

Gorgeous girl thanks for sharing your pics xx
  11. When I got the religious crap I just pointed to the statue of Jesus on the cross..wearing a cloth diaper and said if it's good enough for him it's good enough for me.
  12. They must expect people to be travelling in diapers because at Munich airport there were adult diaper disposal bins in the disabled toilets.
  13. Vaseline is a brand name for one make of petroleum Jelly. It has gone out of favour a bit now and been replaced by the zinc/castor oil nappy creams like Sudocream. Whereas Vaseline does waterproof the skin quite a bit it won't clear up nappy rash like the others. It also attacks rubber so don't use it with latex pants or condoms. The old joke was that you used it as a sex aid (by putting on the door knob so the kids couldn't get in the bedroom while you were having sex!) Marcia
  14. My only observation is this:- it's different from wetting your diaper normally. I found that since you have no sensation of wetting, you just become wet (continual dribble) the best you can hope for is a bit of sudden extra warmth occasionally if you bend or stretch. Yes, there is the inner knowlege that you are not in control but that was bound up in a lot of other constraints such as the possibility of being found out or the passing of control to a partner. NO cosmetic surgeon worth their salt would do this without a psychiatrist referal and if one said to me he would do it but for twice the normal price I would ask Why? I don't want to be negative but I would suggest trying a long term silcone catheter and find a non return valve for the outlet. If you tried this for a month (presuming you haven't already) it would give you an idea of what it would me like. Before anyone mentions UTI's we started at the "I want to be injected with a toxin" point! Happy New Year
  15. It is not so much the cost of the item it's the degree of tooling it would need versus the amount you could shift. Platinum cured silicone (like the clear baby bottle teats) is about £23 per kilo in small lots, I wouldn't think the shot weight would be much more than 100gm and so material cost is £2.30. But the logistics are like this:- Costs, labour etc. in a £10k tool= £0.01. OR cost, Labour etc. in a £300 tool = £10.00 (cus its manual moulding) And of course we dont know if it works yet but that's just a development issue. Yet another project for the list me thinks.
  16. Welcome, It's nice to see we are not alone. Happy New Year or should that be Nappy New Year.
  17. AND I JUST HAD THIS THOUGHT:- If a soft bag was moulded or attached on the outside then you could have all the fun (or relief if you have IBS) of filling you nappy but without the smell, cleanup or nappy rash. mmmmm
  18. I have looked at those rings but they don't seem as if they could be retained very easily. I had the idea of making a silicone rubber spool. something that looks like two funels back to back with a hole through the middle about one inch diameter. I know from experiment that this item could be folded up then inserted whereupon it pops back into shape the inner cone shape would create a good seal which would tend to close against to inside of your bottom under pressure and prevent expulsion. Also in a soft material it would be kinder to what is a delicate part that you dont wan't to split or scratch. I have the technology to produce something like this if there is a demand?
  19. The answer to the topic question is "yes and no". In some people it may in others it doesn't. The effect was recorded in very long term users mainly. One thing that you should try is being catheterised for a week or two (I would suggest a silicone cath for this length of time) the right guage and propery inserted in a sterile way. I found having a long narrow bore tube attached stopped any back flow. The reason to try this is because it is a whole different feeling from wetting the normal way. You have no feeling of wetting apart from the odd extra warmth once in a while. You might as well rig up a botle with a timer to let some water into you nappy every hour or so, the experience will be be exactly the same. I am sure some of our incontinent friends will bear this out, a desire is just that, it loses its excitement when its for real.
  20. I understand you wanting a credible reason to tell non ab/dl friends and I think the more matter of fact you are about it the less suspicious you will make them. I went to pick up a new girlfiend for a night out recently and while waiting for her to get ready her 19 year old daughter I had just met told me she had problems after a car accident and and now had to use a catheter to empty her bladder because she couldn't let go normally. I was amazed at her matter of fact'ness about it. (the image took some getting out of my head!) So if you just say outright I am having to wear diapers at the moment for bladder problems just incase you wonder why I crinkle when I bend. (and smile) they will not give it another thought.
  21. I found this was a tricky thing to do ages ago and the way to find out how to do it is this:- When you know that you are going to do it and feel the urge to push start as usual but as soon as it is on the way relax and stop pushing. This is quite hard to do at first but you will find that if you relax it will carry on coming on its own. This feeling is what you are trying for. It is the same as when you pee not squeezing the muscles at the end but leaving yourself "open". Lots of fruit will help with the softness and I find if I eat some fresh pineapple before bed it's all ready for out by morning.
  22. I am with you on this! I can't understand the obsession to show your dick dressed as a female but it seems very common on these cd/tv/ts sites. If I go to the trouble of dressing (I go out dressed most weekends) I don't want to show any male bits! I was an ab first then a sissy and then much later in life a big girl. but I still like it all and see a few references to diapers in the trans comunity.
  23. Just arange the mirror so you can't see your head! I thought this was standard practice. I did this for years ubtill I shave off my mustache and bought a wig for my bald head. I now go out most weekends as a female and have made loads of friends. If you had told me I would be doing this ten years ago I would have said you were mad.
